  Maintenance of the facilities & Restaurant Service

  I have been staying at this Hotel (Mercure Hotel PIK) for quite a while now, I have seen the poor maintenance of the room, specially the FLOOR CARPETS and the stains & cracks of the hand basin in the toilets. Also, a couple of times I was in the restaurant for breakfast I noticed there is only one person serving the BUFFET. We have to wait to be serve since we cannot take our own food. I suggest the Restaurant Manager should take a good look at this issues because it's becoming a regular scenario.

  Wonderful Staycation at Mercure Jakarta PIK Avenue

  Mercure Jakarta PIK Avenue was totally awesome with bunch of activities for the whole family. The design was thoughtful for any visitors and we really liked our suite. Dining here were very nice with a pool view. Definitely coming back to have such romantic escape just the two of us. The overall environment and ambience was excellent, so its safe to say this is the perfect place for anyone looking for tranquility yet sophisticated staying experience! Once again thank you, Mercure Jakarta PIK Avenue for the magnificent service and experience!

  A Nice place to stay

  As a 4 stars hotel, It is beyond the standard. I have to say the breakfast is more than what I expected! The staffs there is friendly and really helpful. I will definitely put this hotel on my list. Overall, this hotel will not make you disappointed .

  staycation in a very strategic location

  A hotel that I highly recommend for a staycation, the location is very strategic, this hotel has direct access to the mall and is very close if we want to go to Pik 2 beach in the afternoon. the food at this hotel is also delicious, all the staff are friendly. thank you mercure especially thanks to chef agus pak hendri and taju for their hospitality

  a simple staycation gateaway

  This is our first time checked in after the long covid restriction, we had a long weekend and decided to take a simple refreshment.. Mercure hotel is located on top of PIK mall, hence quite convenience and about 15 minutes walk, you can go to the mangroove conservation forest, the water boom and with bycicle ride ( the hotel rent them at Rp50,000 or aprox USD3,5 per hour) you can go to the new beach with white sands.. located on the new reclamated island in this area, along the roads also famous for cafes and restaurants (walking distance) The room we took is on the corner, provides quite a good view of Pantai Indah Kapuk area, you can see the sea . The room is compact, but not tiny.. modern design, and functioning well, internet is fast and the staff are excellent, friendly and helpfull The gym opens 24 hours, swimming pool is small but comfortable Thanks
