  Maginifica estancia en Zermatt

  Nosotros nos alojamos en Haus Bittel. La acogida por el personal fue magnífica.Te ahorra una visita a la oficina de turismo.Además,tienen toda la informacion recogida en un dossier que tienes en el salón. Apartamento muy bien equipado.Cerca de todo,incluidos dos supermercados. 8 minutos andando desde la estación.

  Good room, not in hub of Zermatt but walkable everywhere

  Unfortunately, the concierge was late picking us up from train station despite being pre planned well in advance. As this is a room in a building not a hotel, the concierge explains the basics and settles you in. Starter kit in our kitchen was unexpected, free and fabulous. Prosciutto, cheese, fruit, chocolate, beer, wine, OJ, butter, jam, salt, herbs and spices. Well done Mountain exposure. Room has everything you need fantastic range of saucepans, crockery, utensils, frying pan and dishwasher tablets or dishwashing liquid if you prefer. Dressing gown and slippers provided and toiletries in bathroom. shower is small but only a minor thing. The negatives: minor issues in relation to them saying in their book that they will be in regular contact with us....they never spoke to us unless we asked something. Slow to respond to emails. no communication re checking out. We messaged them a day before and no one responded. Called us 3 mins before we were about to leave. We wanted to recycle as much as we could like we do at home but there are no instructions in the room on how to do it and it is quite convoluted in Zermatt. Mountain exposure need to make it easy for visitors not hard.

  Beautiful chalet. Outstanding service.

  We stayed in one of their chalets (Zermatt Lodge) for 1 week. The chalet is beautiful and has amazing views. Our chef for the week (Stellios) was of the highest quality. The food served was top class. Our host (Stefania) was amazing. She could not have helped us more. I highly recommend booking with this company. They made our week unforgettable.

  Great value for money! Friendly staff!

  Thanx to Konstantinos our stay was excellent! Chalet Ibron has a good Sauna, excellent view from all the rooms! Chalet is situated 5 min walk to the zermatt tele-cabin and 5 min walk from the cntr. Kitchen is fully equipped, the area is very nice! TVs in all rooms with a good selection of channels. The toilet in the master-bedroom is not in the corridor, so whoever is staying on the third floor (kids in our case) need to use master-bedroom toilette. It gets very hot when the sun is out. Ski room is in the tunnel downstairs - fairly comfortable so you don't have to bring the gear all the way up. We will be back!

  Beware of this company...

  Pre-Covid, we booked a trip with this company. We had to cancel because of an injury to a family member. The company re-funded us 50%, re-booked the room (100% non-refundable) and then refused to rebate the second half (per their policy). They provided no reason other than Covid, but they did admit that they had re-booked the rooms and kept both payments. Months of discussions ensued (via travel agent) and they have refused payment. I would certainly recommend travel insurance, but I would also appreciate it if companies actually honored their own refund policies. This company did not, and that makes them a company I would not do business with.
