  All good.

  Great staff, excellent location, clean room. I'd stay here again. The staff were very helpful with everything and the room was quiet and clean. Good WiFi too. Those are the three main things for me. On the downside - for those of us not into local food, provide some cereal that isn't gone off.

  Ok

  1) Location - get out from Farmosa Boulevard station exit 1 which has a lift - walking distance about 10-15mins (based on personal pace) - near to Liuhe night market - there's a 7-11 located diagonally across the hotel 2) Room amenities (basing on room 1707) - powerful aircon, only allows you to select 'high, medium, low'. 'Low' is already very cold for me. - there's water dispenser in the room but have to boil the water if intended fot drinking purpose - toilet paper is located not at the side of the toilet bowl, is on the same side of wall as the toilet bowl thus making it difficult to get the paper if you're still seated down at the bowl - poor wifi connection in room, have to keep re-connecting which ended up connected but unable to load webpages, FB etc

  Fair hotel with group

  Like all of the places in taiwan, the hotel is not a new one. Despite the fact that the hotel is not new, but ut does have a gym and business center with good facilities. Breakfast is also very good. The hotel next to a lot of convenient store.

  Family rooms are offered, but the hotel is not family friendly

  I stayed for two nights with my family. The hotel offers family rooms, but we found the hotel not suitable for a family with a 1 year-old kid. To start with, the hotel could not offer a crib or baby cot and due to space constraints, it was not possible to move a bed next to a wall, in order to prevent my son from falling while sleeping. Also, the rooms are not soundproof, as the noise from the street and other rooms can be heard. It was particularly annoying listening some couples making noise while having some intimacy. Another problem we found is the breakfast area. It is quite small and the baby chair options are very limited. It was not comfortable and getting your stroller if you cannot get a baby chair is not an option, as there is not much space and you will need to carry the stroller through a staircase, as no lift is available in the breakfast area. The restroom is a problem for adults, since the gap between the toilet and the wall facing forward is narrow. It is not possible to seat in a normal way, the only way is sideways. Moreover, the toilet paper and the phone are too close to the toilet seat. I hit the phone several times while using the toilet. Finally, the wi-fi offered by the hotel was too weak in our room. To summarize, it was not worth staying here. I don't think I will stay here again next time I travel to Kaohsiung.

  Mid-quality hotel

  Hotel new image isnt a five star hotel, but its up there in terms of being high quality. Rooms are well-furnished and modern, staff are really nice and helpful, and the breakfast buffet has a good selection of mostly Chinese food that tastes pretty good. We didnt check it out, but they also have a fitness center and shuttle service.
