  Fantastic Family Spa Membership, Great value and Facilites, Lovely kind members of Staff

  My family have been spa members at this hotel for over a year now and I couldn't recommend this more for locals. We have access to the superb creche and our three children love attending. They are very well looked after by Emma, Sophie and all the brilliant nanny team! Lots of fun and exciting activities for them each time. We love relaxing in the restaurant with excellent service from the team-Sandro is always very cheerful, professional and very kindly looks after us very well, each time, he knows us all very well as regulars. The spa is lovely throughout summer and also in the winter particularly the outdoor hot tub. Terri is always on hand and professional in handling our bookings and family time at the spa. She keeps a lovely rapport. Thank you. We love being members and would prompt anyone to join up and use the amazing facilities. It is great value.

  Utterly Fantastic

  I booked this for October half term after a long summer in lockdown. We are a family of five with three young children, 5yrs/4yrs and 2yrs. From the moment we arrived it was just wonderful. Donna, the receptionist was so welcoming - helped us book the kids into the crèche, book dinner and gave us a baby monitor so that we could have a child free dinner. The activities for the kids were just perfect, the kids had the opportunity to make pizzas/decorate biscuits/making lollypop stick houses and play snooker. There is also a cinema room which is a great way to end the day. I have to give a special mention to Luke who made my first child free dinner in five years, absolutely amazing - I didn't fancy much off the menu and he asked what my ideal dinner would be (what an absolutely amazing question!!) I am veggie and asked for a nut roast with veg and gravy......and as if by magic it emerged. The whole dinner was lovely and I am hoping this second lock down will be over soon so that I can book again for all of us to visit in December. I feel so happy to have found such a child friendly hotel. Thank you to all the New Farm Manor family!!!

  Second stay at New Park Manor

  We paid a return visit to New Park at the beginning of November 2020, and can wholeheartedly say the experience was just as good if not better then our original stay at the start of the year. We choose this hotel originally as we wanted to have a short break away in a place that was as fun and engaging for the children as it was relaxing for the adults and we were not disappointed. The facilities are fantastic for children. There is a creche for residents so adults can have a couple of hours, either to sit next to roaring fire, enjoy a spa treatment, or to relax in the room. The children are taken care of by the amazing creche team, and kept entertained by indoor and outdoor actives. This time we stayed over Halloween and there were plenty of organised seasonal actives to keep the kids busy and active. Next to family dinning there is a games & cinema room. This is available throughout the day for the kids to run in and out of, however, it is in the evening when you feel the full benefit. As it is linked to the dinning room, the children go between your table and the games room, they eat, they leave, they eat, they leave. Leaving you and your partner to eat a grown up meal whilst enjoying a glass or two without the interruptions of a normal family dining experience. The children are having a night out and so are you! What more could you want... The pool is situated within the spa and still available for the children to use. Somehow this manages to not detract for the calm and relaxing environment. My husband and I both enjoyed a 2 hour treatment each, and we could not fault them. The staff in the spa are as you would expect, calming, professional, friendly and knowledgable. To be able to relax whilst away with the children is priceless. Thank you! I know this review is mainly about what is available as a family, but if you are a parent, you know if your kids are happy then you are happy. BUT.... all of this (catering to the children) is almost hidden in plain sight. You do not feel like you are in a "family" hotel. The building, decor, service, facilities are all beautiful, without a single lego brick in sight, and it is down to the INCREDIBLE staff! They work tirelessly to ensure that you are enjoying your stay. Throughout both stays, there was not a single interaction where I felt someone could possibly be having "a bad day". Always smiling, always happy to help you, always genuine, and always going above and beyond as if you are the only guests in the entire hotel. This is true of all the staff, reception, dinning, creche, spa, bar, housekeeping, everyone. It is the staff that make the stay value for money. It would also be unfair of me to leave without mentioning the food. It is beautifully prepared and presented. As a family we are fortunate to be able to dine where we choose, and I would not hesitate to recommend New Park on the basis of Chef's talents alone. Every meal was constantly to a very high standard.

  Sunday lunch

  My partner and I decided to have a pre Christmas treat . We had a lovely lunch ,staff very helpful and the hotel was beautifully decorated. We had lunch in the main dinning room ,although outside pods have been erected which were lovely and hope to come back soon to enjoy lunch in the garden setting. Staff very COVID aware and we felt extremely safe would not hesitate to come back and recommend to come and enjoy this hotel

  Just perfect

  Staff so friendly, everything you need for the baby provided, food fantastic. Such a good find. Cant wait to return . We wish we could have stayed longer and next time we wil. The pool area was lovely too
