  Muy bien para estar de paso

  Este hotel está situado en un polígono en el centro de Francia, de paso hacia España o el norte de Europa Es un estándar de novotel, preparado para familias Tiene un área infantil, un futbolin, un pequeño gimnasio y piscina descubierta pero climatizada La habitación tiene una pequeña nevera Para ir a cenar hay restaurantes cerca pero en coche Está muy bien para llegar después de un día de coche

  Esperabamos más

  Permanecimos en este hotel durante doce días, sus instalaciones son cómodas, pero el servicio de limpieza deja mucho que desear un día te faltaban las toallas, otro día el shampoo y jabón, otro día la botellita de agua, una de las señoras de limpieza una persona con trato pesado nada amable. El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones es malo, en días de calor poco te ayuda. El wifi es bajo. El restaurante es limitado con un menú de desayuno igual todos los días, no sirven almuerzos y la cena no es muy buena. Poco te apoyan si tú no sabes fránces. El personal de recepción son muy amables.

  Comfortable hotel with welcoming staff

  It was a bit like Butlins when we arrived (early August) and the 'beach' atmosphere created by the staff (pool towels, inflatable pool toys etc) created by the staff added to the holiday camp feel! This idea certainly seemed to keep the families occupied and the pool area was packed. Even so, the hotel seemed to be coping fine with the full capacity and check-in was smooth. Our room was fine, clean with all the usual amenities. Perhaps an extra teabag or two would be appreciated. We ate in the extremely busy restaurant where the chef had abandoned serving A La Carte and offered a buffet. This was probably the right thing to do given the numbers. We had fresh salmon and salad. There seemed to be a reasonable choice and the price was fair. The only comment I'd make is it would be helpful to ask people to check and sign the bill before leaving as the following morning, we were in a queue of people at check-out trying to sort out the restaurant bills from the night before.

  Quiet, comfortable, good service

  As ever with Novotel the room was quiet, comfortable and well appointed. Parking was easy & plentiful. Service excellent Food and service in the restaurant to a high standard, although very busy indeed on a Saturday evening Ideal stopover to or from southern France

  Refugee camp next door fighting between themselves unsettling

  Novotel is a Novotel. However the steel fence around it, covered in green plastic hides on the ground what you can see from the 4th floor! A seemingly old block of a hotel full of immigrants or refugees, causing hell, fighting sleeping on benchs uncontrolled. Hotel is very hot too, room 435 has less air-conditioning than a car 30 years ago. So open the window and listen to the refugee camp fighting of a chair etc. Not the best. Breakfast ok, pull out beds are singles so each child gets a bed rather then rolling into each other. However not to be repeated.
