  A great long weekend break.

  We were very pleased with all that we partook in. The golf course was in excellent nick, the restaurant we dined at twice and were very pleased on both occasions with our meals and the service, the rooms are large and clean and well serviced, the facility was in good order overall.

  Just a quick overnight stay

  A nice room with spacious bathroom. Received drink vouchers this time. Staff friendly. Nice breakfast. Glad the buffet is opened again to receive that from the hotel. It's always nice staying surrounded by wildlife here.

  Great long weekend stay!

  We had a really wonderful time staying at this hotel. The rooms were immaculate and the bathrooms looked quite recently renovated, they were very pleasant! The entrance to the Vines was just gorgeous, it was wonderful to see and hear birds chirping away and all of the kangaroos relaxing on the golf course! Happy Hour at Muscats was great, yummy cocktails! The pool and spa were very relaxing. The staff were very friendly and provided great service throughout the whole stay. Thanks Novotel!

  poor service

  We went to the restaurant on a saturday morning for a breakfast celebration. We were a party of six who had booked. One woman and a child sat at the table we were allocated so we were relegated to the hot and stuffy balcony area. A waitress eventually collected some plates from our table. The food was nothing special. No apologies. I complained on line and had no reply. We will not visit again. Chris

  Not quite up to standards expected

  The young girl at check-in was lovely, when we went to our room I noticed that the usual welcome gift was not there. Since I was a gold member I was greeted with a bottle of wine when I arrived in the room, I am now a Diamond member and here was nothing. When I went back to reception I inquired about the usual gift the duty manager told me that they don't do that. I told her that the last 2 stays at the exact same hotel they did and she made me feel as though I was lying to her. She reluctantly gave me a bottle of wine (not the same charm as finding it in the room). While we were at reception we also asked for house keeping to come through and vacuum as there were a couple of dead insects on the floor of the room. Being Valentines day I had hoped to use my points to cover dinner at the restaurant but I was told that I could not use them as they had a function which I would have to pay in advance for by credit card. That was very disappointing. The young lady who assisted with check out was lovely despite the long wait due to 2 computers not being able to process the charge to my points.
