  excellent location, rooms are nice but not 4 star

  nice rooms, shower unit was functional but average, bed were good and clean. booking was well processed the view dro the sunset terrace was very nice. rooms are clean, a complaint on a not functioning air conditioning unit was well received. having traveled to Kupang for 125 years I must admit this hotel is a welcome addition

  NIce for Deluxe Sea View Room

  The room is good. The receptionist never smiled when I checked in. Look not friendly. But the next day they became friendly. The room boy is very helpful. Near a good Padang restaurant Cleanliness needs to be improved. The swimming pool is good and suitable for swimming. We can go to the beach using the back gate at the hotel.

  Nice 3 Star

  Stayed only one night in transit. The hotel is clean and bright. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was good but no fridge or safe. The breakfast was well ordered with good variety. Half the rooms have a great view of the bay. The other of a noisy, dirty street. It isnt within walking distance of anything one would want to go to and any way one wouldnt want to walk on the their street.

  Great view ,good environment but still need to buck up

  Came here for 2 days stay for my monthly siesta . Very near to the beach .they have a door to get through towards the seaside .but beware ,at sharp 6pm they locked.i was locked out and have to circle around through Aston hotel.it is a 8minute walk towards the hotel whereby will past the malayan restaurant. Overall the room is beautiful, sea facing and very clean . The check in receptionist is great and very cheerful.the evening desk receptionist tad a bit inexperience but then still accomodable to request . I will give 5 stars if the door leading to the seaside is with a signpost saying what time it will close.

  Good customer service but bad policy about restaurant deck being open from 2-5am

  I like the hotel very much because of the staffs warmth. The location is also perfect because you can hear the sound of waves at night. Unfortunately, during my last night, there were noisy guests sitting at the restaurant deck in the early hours. Even though I called the reception and when nothing was done, I also went down personally to talk to them, they continued being noisy (can be heard even from the third floor). So this disturbed my stay at the hotel, unfortunately.
