  Lovely Hotel & Staff!

  We stayed at this hotel for a week in September, it was lovely! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the cleaner was thorough, the hotel and rooms are very modern and has 2 very nice pools which are maintained to a high standard. The sunbeds are the best Ive been on and there are plenty of them. Food was good every day with a varied selection at both breakfast and dinner. The pool bar staff were again very helpful and friendly and the food there was exceptional. Only a 10-minute walk into town were there are plenty of bars and restaurants. We will definitely return!

  Holiday

  This hotel was really nice. Room over looking pool was kept very clean, big thanks to the cleaner. Food for breakfast and evening was superb. Plenty of choices and waitress's very polite and helpful. Bar area was kept very clean and bar staff were cheerful and friendly. We were the last two at the hotel on 6th October as it was closing down for the winter. The owner was friendly and very helpful. It was a pleasure to have stayed there as there was nothing at all to fault. Thank you all so much. Ray Jones and Pat Harrison

  lovely stay

  We stayed on the last week of the season, the hotel was exceptional clean, the staff so friendly, the owner was on hand all day, if there was anything slightly wrong he was there to sort it out, I thought this was a really nice,It was a short walk into the centre where there was plenty shops,bars and restaurants. We would definitely come to this hotel again, Malcolm and jackie

  Quality Accommodation on the edge of Tisvilli

  Stayed at this hotel in the summer. I usually book TUI all inclusives but the prices are only going one way. This was spotted on the Jet2 website and although not all inclusive but half board, we plumped for this based on previous reviews. I did see the thompson rep in the hotel, but do not recall seeing this on the TUI search. The hotel is reasonably close to the airport (always a must) but not on the flightpath. The location is very handy for the local town Tisvilli, and there is a store 2 mins away for the basics. Cleanliness was never an issue, as the hotel is immaculate. The food is ok, noting this is a small hotel, with not the range you get in the bigger all inclusives, but the evening meal was always good quality. The pool area is great, and the pay for prices reasonable, beer cold and staff attentive. We did not use the free lift service to the beach as i noticed the van did not have air con other than for the driver, but this is an assumption. Tisvilli has plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, and is family friendly. The driving of locals (and brits) leaves a little to be desired so keep your wits about you on foot. Surprisingly water is not provided in the rooms, but is cheap enough in the local shops. There is very little evening entertainment at the hotel, but always worth a stroll to Tisvilli for a cocktail, especially in the curious Nicos bar (i think) on the bend in the middle of town, looks like a furniture stall lol. great value cocktails and an eclectic collection of furniture. Only issue with the hotel was the use and emptying of the Jacuzzi in the room. decided this was a bit of a gimmic really as the cleaners never emptied this, and as these rooms are bigger, not sure why the air con was not over the bed ?? Also once the main pool area beds were taken there was an overflow area with beds in a rather poorly maintained lawned area that lets the hotel down. I do recommend a taxi to Zante daytime and evening, although it was hot in august even at night, the shops and harbour are great and plenty of cafe's and eateries to try. This hotel is great for quiet relaxation if that is the holiday you need :)

  The hotel its self its situated on the edge of tisvilli which is about a 20 min walk away The main issue we had was a strong smell in the room .. at first assuming it was the drains and after a day of travel we left it . on the second night I realised the smell was the bed .. after taking the sheets back I discovered 3 large urine stains on the mattress . I had to go to reception where the owner was sat he did get the mattress changed but offered no apology and made me feel quite uncomfortable for the rest of our stay .. as the beds are regularly changed they obviously had ignored this issue for some time !! Rooms are overall clean Pool is so quiet u could hear a pin drop obviously some people like this it wasnt a problem as we went out every day . The garden area needed attention it could be so much better . Food is more of a 2 star standard Im surprised this hotel is rated 4 . Drinks in the hotel are very expensive . Maybe if they were cheaper people may spend more In general the hotel looks nice on the surface , but the mattress was just unacceptable !! Wouldnt return
