  Very clean and great location

  It is a pretty place and it was very clean. No elevator and not really handicap friendly. If you cant handle stairs ask for bottom floor. Room was nice and clean and updated but some small issues. We had book a room with a fold out couch since we are two friends and wanted different beds. They called and asked how many we had in party and moved us to a different room. We then realized maybe the room change didnt include the fold out couch. So we didnt get the room we originally booked because they made this change. They need to fix some little things. Not enough toilet paper in room. Had to use the tissue paper in the middle of the night. Shower was different and almost needed instructions. The site mentions breakfast but breakfast is only Friday and Saturday. Lots of construction on neighbors site as a new building is being built right next door. But location is great.

  Beautiful rooms just steps from Dahlonega Square

  This was our second stay at Twenty Seven on Park and we were very pleased again. This time we stayed in The Crescent and enjoyed the little sitting area off the bedroom. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed and bedding were very comfortable. The lighting is excellent. The location is so convenient as we walked to nearby restaurants and shopping.

  Disappointing at best

  Right next to the lil downtown square with tourist shops and tourist restaurants. Came to Dohlonega to do some hiking before continuing on to Birmingham. (Great hiking with credible colors nearby) Arrived and wanted to make coffee...Yuck, old filter still in coffee machine! Queen bed is the worst Ive ever had to try and sleep on....lumpy lumpy lumpy. Decent linens, Decent WiFi room #8 Bath had plenty of shampoo, conditioner and bath wash but No lotion Couldnt figure out how to get live local or cable news on the roku television Parking for 3 cars at building, free public parking across the street in pubic lot.

  Read the reviews!

  I should have read the reviews more closely. Probably the worst mattress that Ive ever tried to sleep on.... remember Grandmas lumpy, worn-out mattress? To add insult to injury, the walls are so paper thin that I was awake all night because of the person snoring in the next room!!!! The furnishings are worn and dirty ( green velvet love-seat was the only couch with an uncomfortable non/matching chair). This stuff had been pulled straight from someones used left-over furniture. The breakfast was uncovered bagels, bagged doughnuts but placed open on a tray, yogurt and strawberries. We were surprised that the food was left unattended and uncovered in a self serve fashion for this Covid world! One spoon for all to use with coffee service. One knife for cream cheese. Amazing- we took one look and left. This place has a cute outdoor firepit area, but is very pricey for what you get. Look elsewhere.

  SHAME ON THIS HOTEL

  If I could give zero stars I would. I booked this hotel, but had to cancel with a 36 hour notice because my travel companion was exposed to COVID and has to quarantine. I'm a front line healthcare worker and decided to do the "right thing". The hotel has refused to refund my money, almost $200.00. SHAME ON THIS HOTEL!!!! SHAME, SHAME,SHAME!!!!
