  Muy buena estadía

  Un hermoso lugar, la ubicación es buena, a un paso de la playa. Buenas instalaciones, aunque todavía queda por mejorarlas, el entorno donde está ubicado es genial, muy tranquilo. El trato que recibí por parte del personal del hotel fue exquisito, muy amables en todo momento y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La comida es muy rica, mucha variedad. El hotel no solo tiene una vista increíble , una pileta enorme, lugar para poder pasar un buen rato si no querés ir a la playa Es un hotel para volver y recomendar sin dudas.

  Super!!!

  The Hotel is very nice. Theres a lot of awesome food the whole day. Specially the sweet cakes are so nice. The people are calm and the rooms are clean. We enjoyed the time at this hotel a lot, we have the beach under our feet and you can sit at the pool the whole night. Its very calming and nice. There is a Hammam and music at the pool. The workers do their best to make the customers happy and they have success by doing it. Specially a Animateur called Chester knows how to find the best spots in bodrum, for party, to eat and to sit. Whatever you want to do he knows the best spots. Big thanks to the whole team, we love to come again!! Greetings

  Needs lots of TLC

  On first arrival we were a little shocked how basic the rooms were. First room given was tiny and dirty so asked to be moved. Next room was a little better but still needed a good clean. Beds were comfy so that made it a little better. Hotel and amenities generally run down. Food awful. Same everyday fried chips wedges fried chicken or turkey goulash. Soup n bread. Best was salad bar and fresh fruit. Waiters were lovely but trying to get basics like butter salt milk for tea was a complete nightmare. Ate out often as very cheap and lots of nice places close by. All inclusive basic alcohol was vodka gin whisky wine or lager. Ice cream available for 1 hour a day. Snack bar again fried chips burger or chicken nuggets. Sunbeds not cleaned toilets not cleaned enough. Would not stay at this hotel again but would return to ortakent as its just beautiful. Plenty of other hotels close by. Made some fantastic friends of the staff which made up for everything else and had lots of laughs.

  Enjoyed our stay

  We did not book this hotel but because our original choice did not open this year our travel agent placed us at this hotel We where a bit apprehensive to start with as there where some bad reviews but We enjoyed our stay the hotel where very pro active with hygiene regarding Covid 19 Just a shame most of the Russian guest staying there didnt wear mask unless asked to There was a waiter called Ibrahim who was very helpful he looked out for us every day and made us feel very welcome our house keeper approached us every day and asked us if we needed a clean and freshen up in our room couldn't fault the place We love bitez just along the coast but ortakent is another gem on the Agean coast

  I really reccomend !

  Good Afternoon Everyone ! I would like to reccomend this place! We have stay there for one week and Im 100% sure that I will stay more If I will had more time This place is really good for families with children and also for people which are going to rest around the swimming pool or near the sea. Food is really good, everyone car choose what to eat because there is a lot another meals. What I can tell about the staff : People are really greate, everywhere is clean, they are very kind and they are looking that they like there job. I was felling really safe in every place in this hotel I really want to say big thanks for all menagment and stuff people in this Hotel - they have given me a greate time in Bodrum in this specific pandemy time ! I will come back next year... hopefully there will be no need to wear masks everywhere !
