  Un buen resort con mala playa y personal poco involucrado.

  Elegiría un lugar mas cerca de nucleo urbano. La playa es un horror con el fondo totalmente pedregoso. Lo único bueno, el club Freddy a kilómetro y medio del lugar.Si eres un viejo y quieres viajar con tu pareja a dedicarte a no hacer nada, es tu sitio.

  Very Nice Hotel

  Stayed here last week for a wedding. The hotel grounds are well kept. The staff is very friendly (even with the language barrier...almost everyone speaks only French). Well the rooms could use some updating (especially in the bathroom) they are kept very clean. In the Premium location you have lots of space and a private out space and kitchenette. The pool and beach were within walking distance to our room. My husband and I will definitely be back whenever we are in Guadeloupe.

  Best as a apartementhotel

  Stayed four nights with halfboard. The food ok, but the diningroom was a horror. Crowded both with people and straycats, at breakfast full of wasps which threw the children into fits of terror. Our son refused to go with us to eat because of it. The staff indifferent. The room was ok, except for the two cockroaches we killed. Disgusting. Otherwise clean. The veranda with outdoor kitchen very nice, lovely to sit at night. Oceanview and you could here the waves breaking. Peaceful and calm. The hotel i situated in a lovely tropical garden with all kinds of flowers and trees. The hotels two private beaches are beautiful, clean with snowhite sand and turqouise water. Shallow, perfect for small children. The poolareas were also very nice, our son loved it. So, summa sumarum, lovely place but cook for yourselves in the outdoor kitchen and stay clear of the breakfast and dining areas!   Would be good for families

  We stayed here one night. Check in was quite late at 16:00 but they let us use facilities which was good. Pool suitable for young kids. The beach was beautiful but you couldnt swim in it much as they stop you from going out far due to currents apparently. The room was quite dated but clean. Breakfast was poor, not great quality but I guess you get what you pay for. Birds were landing on fruit which put us off, Im sure they could have prevented this.

  Great for a family with small kids

  Stayed in the residence with my family in may 2019. Premium apartments are very nice with a great view on the sea. The standard one are more disappointing i think. The residence in itself is great for a family : greats gardens, superb pools. There is a great restaurant in the residence called le Balaou. Concerning the breakfast it's ok but nothing great. Avoid the lunch and dinner at Instant créole they are really mediocre. Overall the residence is great for a family with a nice value for the price paid. It's far from the standard of Club Med but then again club med is much more expensive. I recommend it if you are with small kids. If you are a couple of have much older kids i think there are better options in guadeloupe.
