  Average Hotel

  Our 3rd stay in this hotel due to festive season. An average hotel, nothing extravaganza. To be cautious with their basement parking, entrance height is not suitable for MPV. Or else it will hurt you & your pocket ;-)

  Terrible hotel

  The worst hotel. Very small room for deluxe. Toilet is dirty. The first thing you ll see upon opening the door. No carpet. Mostly basic tv channels.The services are poor. No porter. During check out, only upon mentioning extra breakfast was taken, the cashier started to call her friends to verify and issued the full bills. Only 2 small lifts for 11 storey building. The parking is across the street. No swimming pool. Only the breakfast has tasty meals.

  Nice Stay

  Stay a couple day for business trip. Enjoy the view of Batu Pahat form highest floor, with good facility and superb room ambient. Few shop surrounding, just a little bit walk across a street for restaurant and shop lot .

  Pleasant stay

  Staff at Pinetree Resort at Munnar, Kerala were very helpful and courteous and breakfast was good. Will definitely return to this hotel soon. Rooms were specious and were kept clean and linens were changed daily. Keep up the good work.

  Always Good

  From the opening year of this hotel our group has been staying at Pinetree every year for the Chinese New Year Holidays. There is no good reason to go anywhere else, they always provide a high standard of service and maintain the rooms in good condition. My personal test for any hotel's breakfast quality is how good they can cook poached eggs and here they sure have the expertise, I have not been disappointed yet, sorry I forgot to take a photo of the perfect poached eggs. Over the years the wifi has improved and is now quite good on the floors we have occupied and in the public areas. The location is close to shopping and local services.
