  Reservé el hotel por un precio excepcionalmente bajos. Consulté las observaciones del hotel después de la reserva y estuve un poco preocupado. Mis preocupaciones eran estoy fundada. Sí, es un hotel antiguo, sin embargo, el servicio era excepcional, está muy limpio, y tiene muy buenas instalaciones. Mi habitación el campo de críquet de Melbourne, en el piso 15. Si puedes conseguir una habitación con usted lo recomendaría.

  Escape from Isolation

  We were greeted warmly by Melanie. Our suite overlooked the beautiful Fitzroy Gardens decked with autumn colours. Although there was a reduced staff we were well looked after and made to feel at home. All meals were served in the bar area and Arj and Dejay were very attentive. The excellent service continued to ckeckout with Keiko. It was a great escape - thanks to you all.

  Another amazing stay!

  We booked our second stay here for 2 nights. We stayed in Room 1114 - Superior Suite. We were once again greeted by Keiko on the front desk. Her warmth and kindness is second to none and she remembered us from our previous stay last year. The room is so relaxing. It is very large with more than enough room. We felt like we were at home, relaxing in our own lounge room. There are 2 smart TVs in the room - one in the lounge area and one in the bedroom. The bathroom is HUGE. Their is a double vanity with all of the amenities you would need. There is a huge bath and separate shower and toilet area. There was a built in shelf in the shower to store our shampoo and conditioner, soap and face wash. I have to make special mention of the lighting in the bathroom - this is one issue I always struggle with elsewhere as when you try to put make up on, you just cannot see, however with the lighting in these bathrooms you do not have that problem at all! There is a lockable safe in the room, fridge, tea and coffee facilities and the heating / cooling system is great! There is also a workstation and free wi-fi. Due to the COVID situation, we stayed in the room and ordered room service for all of our meals and the service was fast. The meals were great and very affordable. The room was very clean and we did not want to leave. I would just like to say that during the hardships that everyone is going through at the moment with COVID, especially in the past 3 months, I was comforted to learn that the manager of the Pullman on the Park in Melbourne contacted all 300 of their employees during this time to check on their wellbeing and ensure they were ok. I was also delighted to learn that for those staff of The Pullman on The Park that were not entitled to the JobKeeper Payment during COVID, The Pullman on The Park actually provided meals for these employees. It is so good to know that there are still big companies out there that are actually genuinely concerned about the wellbeing and safety of their staff. We will not hesitate to stay here again. The staff we encountered during our stay, in particular Keiko, David and Samuel and the lady on the desk when we checked out on Wednesday and the guy behind the bar who was working on his own during the lunch hour on Wednesday (I am sorry I cannot remember their names) all went above and beyond expectations.

  very good place to stay

  love the room very clean and nice amazing city view near the park nice , helpful staff . Good restaurant love the food , diner was just perfect also good for nice breakfast. Check out was easy and fast. Will come back again , love this place

  A very stylish property.

  This property was formerly known as the Melbourne Hilton which was a hotel with a very good reputation and some style - the Pullman Hotel has retained that style. The hotel looks like it has been recently renovated as the halls looked clean and well lit. The room was a very good size with quality furnishings appropriate for it; the bathroom was also clean and modern but there was a minor issue with the shower over the bath. The buffet breakfast contained a very good range of dishes with the option of getting some egg dishes to order; all this was served in a large dining area. Although the hotel was situated in East Melbourne. the location had a lot going for it with a world class sporting precinct just across the road that included the MCG (cricket or football) and the Rod Laver Stadium (tennis). The hotel was also heavily book by Emirates (airline) for their flight staff, so this would seem to endorse the quality of this property.
