  The best Quality Inn ever. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and well appointed, very clean, bed super comfortable, shower great. Free breakfast was the best ever, wifi great. Restaurant and bar good. Would stay here again for sure......Price was fantastic.

  Outstanding hotel and reasonable price!

  Perfect stay! Very nice hotel just 15 minutes drive from YMM. This hotel has everything a traveler needs: large comfortable room (executive suite), warm and friendly staff, and an on-site restaurant that is fantastic. Be sure to order the Alberta steak .... it is amazing! This hotel offers accommodations and quality of service that is on par with the luxury hotels in Fort McMurray that charges twice the price. I will most definitely stay here on my return trip to Fort McMurray!

  Has everything you need....

  This hotel had everything we needed and then some. We ordered some private catering for a lunch and a dinner and they were both superb and delicious. The hotel is lovely and the rooms were decent. As we had an early departure, the chef Christine suggested that we order pre-packed lunches to go. This was a great idea! I had each parent/child complete what they wanted on a simple order form and every bag came individually marked with their order. The sandwiches were delicious! We picked up our lunches at 6:30am and headed to our first game and then after the game we would dive into these delicious lunches! It was great! There is also a restaurant/lounge attached to the hotel which was convenient for the parents night caps. :) We would definitely recommend staying here again.

  Average exoerience

  After spending almost a whole month travelling and staying exclusively at Choice branded hotels, this one was really average. We were here for the best part of a week, with two rooms, and found the staff somewhat disinterested - best staff member was Daniel at breakfast! We encountered a difficulty which would have been super easy to offer exceptional customer service on - but were very disappointed with the response of the general manager. Whilst a favourable response was not mandatory, he missed an easy chance to show some kindness and compassion, and customer care. Disappointing.

  The bed was very comfortable. The stuff are very nice the breakfast was perfect I never thought that they have excellent breakfast. Its very organize buffet and lots of choices. If you compare the breakfast to other Hotel this is a good deal!
