  Quality Inn Exit 4 - an Unexpected Find in Clarksville

  The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I requested a bottom floor room and the room was perfect. Much more than I had expected. The grounds are lovely. Even though the restaurant was impacted by COVID-19 restrictions, room service was provided. The dinner was excellent. I never expected to find a Quality Inn this lovely in Clarksville and wish I could have stayed longer.

  Perfect!

  Everything about this hotel is perfect! Large lot for truck parking, smoking rooms(thank you!), extremely clean room with excellent bedding, every amenity you need,an abundance of fresh towels and so very quiet. And then it just gets better. Room service available with a good amount of options (meatloaf dinner was delicious) and free dessert. Breakfast was a buffet that an employee would fill a to-go container up with what you'd like. And that specific employee -- didn't get her name-- was so cheerful, polite & professional. We have not one negative thing to say about this Quality Inn..which by the way is only a 2 story Inn so, the complaint about it having no elevator, really?? Anytime we are in the area again,this will be the place we stay. Thanks again...for everything!

  Motel was on the older side. Smelled really musty. Room could have been a good bit cleaner than it was. Convenient area- most amenities were limited due to covid so cant say how they were. Front desk Manager was very nice. Motel is advertised as having updated rooms which is not the case.

  Didn't even check in

  Well trip advisor really dropped the ball on this one for me. The place looked no where near as nice in person then on trip advisor. It took us a minute to even find the place and when we did we were greeted by a hooker. Like. A for real hooker. She actually started to approach me (in my new toyota mini van) until she saw my wife. Then she got upset and began walking the other way while shooting my wife dirty looks and saying something clearly nasty but nothing we could understand. Once past her we were met with the sight of the "hotel". Seriously.. this place was a motel. VERY dated and dirty. Outside room and hallways. Oh! And no sight of a pool inside or out. The very front of the building where you checked in wasn't nearly as bad as the rest but that's not saying much. I really wish I had gotten pictures. But we were too busy noping the heck out of there. And I usually stay at some pretty questionable place due to affordability and look past a lot.

  Wow awful

  Got in late before storm service was great. Room noise from highway, you thought you were driving on road with windows down. Moved to inside court yard downstairs thought it would less noise. Bus load of kids running across balcony for at least an hour before complaints to stop it, sounded like heard of animals. Then parents had a gathering in court yard echoed through the yard for half an hour. Was told grandkids were not allowed to swim after 2 days of swimming when I booked that was purpose of staying there while awaiting an arrival of new grandbaby and told them of intent up front. Frannie was rude and her CDC argument is bunch of bull while she doesn't wear a mask herself and while no one uses the pool it is cold in lobby and pool. The hour swim time with kids the 3rd day Frannie would not allow. Frannie does allow PittBulls at hotel for she has one herself there is no concern for them with a hotel full of kids. Choice did move us to ECONO Lodge where kids were allowed to swim (where no one is using the pool also this time of year) for remainder of our stay. Frannie made sure she charged a late check out. We will never stay at a Quality Inn again. outside and inside rooms are noisy at night and morning. The breakfast was cold. only allowed 2 drinks.
