  Night Auditor

  They guy at the night shift had a very short temper, no manner at all how to treat others. He was so lazy to get up to make me a key. He is weird. Be careful he stares at customers very weird. Lack of language and communication skills. Room was dirty no air circulation.

  Lack of service

  I made reservations directly with hotel (in Fairfield IA) Since no elevator I requested 1st floor. Upon arrival I was given room 110. Entered room and noticed an odor. Smelled of urine-went to front desk and requested another room. As we spoke they seem to know of the odor. The front desk said they had a room on the 2nd floor I said no I requested a 1st floor room. They gave me room 156 (due to the previous occupant was taken to hospital) I said is room cleaned did they die in there (okay I was worried). Went to room and all was clean except the floor hadnt been vacuumed. But not so bad. During my 6 day stay our room was cleaned 2 only and toilet had to be plunged 3 times (3rd time I keep the plunger) no clean towels unless we went to get them no cups no trash empty. On 3rd day the ice machines either were turned off or broken. I complained but nothing. Just say I got tired of having to go get clean towels every night I returned to our room. Will not stay here again.

  Good Place Value for money paid

  Stayed at this property while in Pandemic Crisis. Service was great and very friendly people. Heard that they just took over the property, barely a month!!! I will stay here again when I am in town for work!!!

  Not bad for a night

  We stayed one night while on a road trip. Price was good, pet friendly, bed was comfortable. Fridge and microwave in the room, lots of TVs channels. My only complaint was the dirty bathroom. The hotel itself seemed pretty clean.

  HAIR IN BED THAT WASN'T OURS!

  We stayed here to use our points that I had saved. We did a rodd trip and decided to stay here. I knew i was in trouble when we pulled in and parked. Lots of parking...but trash everywhere. The man who check us in was very nice. We went to out room and it smelled like sewer gas. My husband flushed the toilet and ran water to get water in the traps. We left to get dinner and when we came back it still smelled badly! We called the front desk and they said to run water so again we left the water running for awhile. So now my husband is really grossed out and decides to check the bed. He pulled the blankets back and in the bed is black curly hair. Not just one but several. He pulls all the sheets off the bed and the mattress protector has long black hair on it. My husband says he is not sleeping in a bed with someone elses hair in it. So we drop our keys off and then thay ask if we want another room. My husband is so grossed out with the hair he says no. we are driving home. So I asked for my points back but they didn't check us out till morning and we left 2 hours after checking in. We only got half our points back. Not happy about it. But I am really rethinking staying at any Quality inns again!!!!
