  Nice Stay

  My family of six stay for a night (all adults) and it was very comfortable - we actually wanted. To know the supplier of the beds as we all said we had the best sleep ever. Reception staff was nice and they gave all a hand sanitizer and wipes which I thought was a nice thought. Rooms are big - and very well maintained. As breakfast was closed so we got a coupon for breakfast at St-Éloi - which I will write up about shortly as the service was A1 and great food. The hotel had lots of parking but is a tad of a maze. (And free). Pool is a tad small and pool area dark but they do keep the room and pool warm and the hot tub was HOT- as it should be. All in a good stay - worth the costs.

  Great hotel, location and price-point

  Great location, 1 min off of highway 5. Walking distance to a supermarket (Super C) and the casino. We went to the Nordik Spa for the day, that is just a 10 min drive from here. We took the room with king-sized bed and spa-bath, it was roomy and clean. Due to covid, the restaurant is closed, so no in-room breakfast the next day. The in-room food service is usually why we favor a hotel (120-150$) over a motel (80-110$) . I was impressed with the location, great staff, easy parking. Will definitely go again and refer. Tip: go to bed early - plan on being woken up by noises in the hallway before 8am, even being on the 3rd floor with the king-size single bed.

  Excellent

  The bed and the pillows are very comfortable we had the best sleep weve had in a long time. Hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice. We were surprised to learn there was a pool when we checked out. Next visit we will make use of that as well.

  5 stars for customer service

  I stayed at the Ramada for 3 nights... originally booked only one but ended up extending my stay for 2 more nights. At check-in, I was greeted by this awesome gentleman who really went above and beyond to ensure I would have a comfortable stay. The room was great, furniture a bit outdated, but bed was super comfortable. I would certainly recommend and would definitely go back!

  New Years day Hike

  Hotel staff, cleanliness and overall experience was perfect. Enjoyed my king size bed and fireplace was a nice touch :) Bathroom was clean. In this pandemic world I felt safe. Sanatizer was provided at check in with the keys and was available everywhere in the hotel common spaces.
