  Great stay! Clean, comfortable, & great service!

  This is our go-to hotel in College Station for several reasons. First, the customer service is always fantastic. For this stay, Aug 22-23, I called ahead to ask questions and got all the answers we needed from Carolyn, a fantastic employee. She was able to fulfill all of our requests...early checkin, top floor, quiet location, etc. She kindly informed me that breakfast is no longer provided due to the pandemic so that we could plan accordingly. Upon arrival, she had everything ready. Second, thanks to the amazing housekeeping & maintenance staff, our room was spotlessly clean, with everything in working order. Third, although this is an older property, it is a great location and pet friendly ($50 pet fee). We value the consistently great customer service the most. Looking forward to our next stay!

  MY HOME AWAY HOME

  My mother and I, and my pups evacuated to College Station for Hurricane Laura. While there, my mom fell and broke her hip. Surgery and rehab! Therefore, my stay was extended for 30 days!!! In that time period, the employees took beyond the call of duty to take care of me and my pups. They became my 2nd family!!!!! The room I had was perfect! It was super clean! Each and everyone of the employees went out of their way to make my stay so comfortable. I felt safe, secure and honestly at home with each one of them. They all had a true concern for my feelings. I will always stay there when I visit and wish all hotels had the customer satisfaction that this hotel portrayed to me!! Customer service was ON POINT!!!

  Great value and awesome room

  We stayed here for a day-trip during COVID time, so we weren't able to try to complimentary breakfast (since there was none) or use any of the facilities. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The layout of the room was pretty nice with a mini-kitchen, small dining table, small work station, living room area, bed area, and bathroom. Thought having TV separating the living room area and the bed area and the TV swivels betweens the two area was pretty genius. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials which was nice but we didn't really use any of it. We did use the kitchen area sink to do some cleaning/washing of items we brought which was pretty nice. Bed was comfortable, and our kids slept on the pull-out bed (couch) and that seemed to be comfortable as well. Overall it was a good stay and would stay here again.

  Very Clean! Consistently Fantastic Service!

  We stay at the Residence Inn College Station every time we are in Aggie Land, because the staff is absolutely fantastic & the rooms are always clean. This last stay on Jan 14 was no exception. Eddie Hernandez, the GM, made sure we had everything we needed, especially foam pillows, since I am allergic to feathers. Our room was exceptionally clean! Everything worked great! Although this is an older Residence Inn, the property is well maintained. Carolyn was friendly, as always! Eddie gave our dogs treats! Yes, this is a pet friendly hotel. The pet fee is $50 per stay. You can walk your dogs through the neighborhood behind the hotel. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, too. We dined on the patio at SOLT this timegreat experience. Well be back! This is a fantastic hotel to stay in when visiting College Station!

  Great stay

  Hotel is really nice. Rooms are a little bigger than normal. Kitchen sofa and bedroom. Supper clean. No breakfast. Beds are soft and comfortable. Very nice location with at least 3 really nice restaurants in parking area.
