  Horrible from beginning to end

  This motel stay was nothing but trouble from beginning to end. It started with no one at the check in desk. I had to wait a long time for them and on the guest in front if me, and when I got checked in, the clerk (who was friendly, just untrained), couldnt find my Marriott rewards number by my phone number or address. I tried pulling it up on my phone app but their app was down. The room was very noisy with some kind of loud AC units hissing outside our whole stay. The hotel is old and showing its age. I requested a one hour late check-out but was DENIED because Im not a Marriott Elite Bonvoy member, Im only a standard member. I was rudely told on the phone that check out time for me is noon because Im not Elite. Well excuse me for being regular folk but I AM a Marriott rewards member, and Ive never been denied a late check out at any hotel, even ones where Im not a rewards member. Ill be taking my loyalty elsewhere. Horrible customer service. My kids and I wanted to sleep in, so we hung up the Do Not Disturb sign onto the door overnight, only to have all three of us woken up the next morning by housekeeping banging on the door and using their key trying to enter our room. I called down to the front desk to explain what the Do Not Disturb tag meant. Its completely asinine that a housekeeper doesnt know (or care) what that tag means. Parking is weird because all eight spaces in front of the building are reserved for Tesla rechargeable vehicles. Im not sure why they think eight Teslas are going to roll up on this motel, but I can assure you they arent.

  NO THANKS

  We had 6 nights booked. loved the idea of separate bedrooms and a kitchen/living room. To be fair, the bedrooms themselves were ok. the beds were comfy and the bathrooms were clean. However, the carpets were nasty and the living room furniture were filthy. It's just old and needs new furniture and updated flooring. The fridge was mostly clean. there was stuck on red syrup type substance in it. But the room just had a very dirty feel. and the hallway was old, run down. After the first night we just knew we couldn't stay. We didn't feel comfortable so we checked out after 1 night. It felt like an old dumpy motel. if you want a nice decent place, i would definitely avoid this property.

  worst Marriott I've ever stayed at!!!

  Folks do yourself a favor and stay at one of the other hotels located within walking distance of this one. The couch in my room was old and in need of serious repair. There was a fire detector hanging by wires over my head in the bed. Hairs found all over the bathroom floor. Dingy shredded carpet. The TV continuously buffered. I travel all the time for work and this is the worst Marriott I've ever experienced. You've been warned.

  Horribly managed property; no efforts to control or remove violent guests.

  On two consecutive nights, loud and violent arguments broke out in s specific group of room, with clear sounds of physical altercations. Management did nothing to control or remove the guests, leaving other guests to engage law enforcement. Don't stay at this place--it is unsafe.

  Not COVID-READY!!

  This was the absolute worst Residence Inn that I've ever stayed in! I typically love Residence Inns, but all of them have been going down because Marriott doesn't seem to care about it's members. The dust was a mile thick, which means that there is no way they cleaned for Covid. And folks were walking around without mask. It was a crappy, tight parking lot. And, they had folks crammed in a single building (likely because bookings were down). They claimed they were renovating...and get this, they suddenly just started the day before I arrived. It was likely what they were telling everyone so that they could reduce staff and cleaning. And, the room was awful. I turned on the sink water and it went straight to the bottom of the cabinet and onto the floor, as if there was absolutely no plumbing whatsoever!!! The kitchen was basically inoperable without use of the water! They claimed they had no others rooms when I checked in...and then when I complained, they suddenly had a room to move me into. I couldn't even sleep because the room was so old and disgusting!! I complained to the manager who was not accountable and a liar...just like the person at check-in. Claim she was limited in the points she could give me as a credit. I've gotten far more points for less, so just another lie. AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!
