  Lugar perfecto para dormir y descansar sin ruidos

  Lugar perfecto para dormir y descansar a gusto sin molestias en una habitación amplia con todas las comodidades de un hotel y todas las comodidades de un apartamento. La cama es muy cómoda y el baño es espacioso y tiene bastante sitio para colgar toallas, dejar el neceser, etc. Además los amenities son buenos. El personal que nos atendió es muy agradable . Lo que más me gustó fue la limpieza de la habitación, el equipo de limpieza merece una especial enhorabuena porque llevaba tiempo sin estar tan a gusto en un sitio.

  A wonderful suite hotel.

  The Residence Inn RDU is a wonderful hotel. The breakfast bar is above average with the standard fare but also included fresh fruit and brie. My son liked how the waffle maker made four small waffles instead of one big one. The pool was clean and roomy enough for multiple families to have fun. There were plenty of towels poolside. Outside was a friendly gas fireplace. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The one hiccup thar occured was I asked for an extra blanket from housekeeping and it was taking a long time. I called the front desk and they had one brought up right away. It was a nice set in a zippered bag and included a pillow and sheets. Plenty of free parking and easy to find shopping for groceries. That we cooked in the well appointed kitchenette. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

  A pleasant stay for the long Labor Day weekend

  We stayed here for the long Labor Day weekend. Was near the airport and a few restaurants. Also, near the family we were in town visiting. Check-in was easy by cell phone and just had to pick up keys at front desk - they also gave a parking pass to put on dash of car. Due to COVID they didn't clean our room at all during our stay - which was kind of gross, but was manageable - just need to pick up clean towels at the front desk (while dirty ones were in a pile in the bathroom). Breakfast was packaged muffins and granola bars also due to COVID. Decent price for the stay and would definitely stay here again - was quiet and good location.

  Manger attitude horrific

  I had a reservation and called to schedule an airport shuttle pick up and return. The person who I spoke with claimed to be the manager. She told me that my 2 PM pick up was not in the time parameter of their shuttle service. I told her my morning flight was 7 AM. She said that was good until I told her I needed to be at the airport by 5 AM. She told me the shuttle started at 6 AM. Shuttle services this close to the airport usually work from 4 AM to midnight. I then thought ok, I will take a taxi to the hotel and asked her to call a car service or taxi to take me to the airport in the morning. She said they do not answer their phones that early. I asked her to call the day before. She told me to call Uber. I told her I do not have that app. She told me I would have to call the car service or taxi myself. I asked to speak to a manager and she claimed she was the manager. Then I asked if arranging transport to and from the airport wasn't something that a Marriot hotel near an international airport did? Her response was " Didn't I know this was North Carolina?" I tried to ask her another question and she hung up on me. I booked another hotel. When we called her back to cancel and told her it was because of her attitude, her response was "What in the world?" "what the H---?" and hung up

  Excellent for our "Staycation" during Home Improvements

  We needed to get out of our house for a few days for a home improvement project. The Residence Inn Brier Creek was extremely accommodating. Considering the current COVID situation, my husband went alone mid-afternoon to check us in so we could limit our kids' time in the lobby. When we all returned a few hours later, the manager had upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite on the first floor. The added space plus ability to avoid the elevator with our kids were a HUGE plus especially when our stay increased from 2 nights to 4. We only saw a few people, but the staff we interacted with were all very friendly and helpful. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. I would highly recommend for travel or local stays.
