  Good place,

  We've enjoy stay here. Stay in a Mobile Home. The Mobile Homes is allrigt, they are clean and almost everything you need is included.included. The staff is friendly and they are there for you if you need something. Ran out of power on the car, because of the cooler, and the owner help out for starting within 30 minutes.The service level it quite high. Reception take their time to help everybody. The pool is okay. Vendingmachines with drinks and icecream. Good place to drive out from to see the arier and come bag to the peace and quiet in the afternoon.

  A nice place to stay in with a very good restaurant

  we have stayed in the Residence Onda Blu for a week and enjoyed the stay very much.we would like to reccomend in particular the restaurant at the site which serves very good Italian food. we had decided to be lazy, therefore we took the half board option in the restaurant.. It turned out to be a very wise decision. the food was excellent mainly due to the efforts of the chef Jeanmaria Azzoni who is also a very nice person. the sevice was good and freindly and it really contributed to our enjoyable stay..

  Nice Place, But...

  Nice hotel. It has a nice pool and direct beach access to the lake. The hotel's restaurant is good and the service there is good. On the other hand the service in the hotel reception is less good. When we got to the hotel there was a nice girl that helped us but when we checked out we wanted to stay for another half hour until 10:30 in the morning and she denied our request on the grounds cleaning woman has to work. Also the WIFI at the hotel is not free. 20 euros per week. For those who come to the hotel you must know that the apartments have equipped kitchen but empty from basic necessities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper and so on.

  Mixed feelings ... but mostly negative.

  OK, here I have some mixed feelings. From one hand, the place is very convenient, it is located virtually on the shore of the lake. Very nice views of the Alps are also there. Sirmione, the nice medieval town on the southern tip of the lake is also some 30 - 40 minutes away. Even Verona and Milano are within reachable distance, if you have a car. On the other side - the detached houses (caravans) are of low quality, if one walks inside, the whole house trembles, since it is not so stable. We had a real headache with the toilet. Once used, it washed not only inside, but also outside the bowl. If there was the possibility to load a movie, I'd load one, because we filmed the whole process. The reception staff behaved adequately, although it took really long until we got into our house. Unfortunately, one should pay for everything extra, for example, the WIFI on the premises is not free, one should pay exaggerated 2 per hour to have one. I think, in today's world, where communication ability is not an extra, but a must, this is a disgrace. It was cold during our stay but to be able to operate the air conditioner, one should pay fat 8 per night. The open balconies are not convenient because your neighbors could party there half a night (exactly what our neighbors did), scream, play high volume music and won't give you a chance to sleep. My suggestion - try to avoid this place, find an appartment somewhere else.

  Relaxed beauty

  Spent 3 nights in an apartment, staff were all very nice extremely helpful and the check in and out process was seemless. Very clean and excellent food available. The only thing it lacks it a shop/supermarket on site about they are within a 5/10 minute drive.
