  Piece of heaven

  If you like to enjoy the nature . The great sceneries. The peace of mind. then this is the right place to go . Located just beside the river . You can choose between rooms or villas. The rooms are just great . The staff are really helpful . The Manager Mr. Cemal Akin makes sure that every thing is going OK . He is ready to help you any time and listen to any comment you have. Food is tasty . Every thing was better than expected. I will sure come back again

  Last Resort

  We stayed in this hotel so that we could access the great walks in the surrounding areas. Unfortunately for us, because it is a resort hotel it was full of families. Normally we have no problem with this but the children were generally very badly behaved and the parents indulgent and uncaring. The dining room served a good variety of dishes but meals were ruined by many young children who screamed continuously without any restraint from parents. Around midnight each night children were still running up and down hallways screaming and playing. There was little chance of sleep. The hotel seems poorly managed with constant problems with card keys. The breakfast room didnt open at the given time. The rooms appeared reasonable but sheets were too small for the beds and paper was peeling from the walls. I would suggest avoiding this hotel unless you want a place the allows children to run riot. Not a good experience use as a last resort.

  Thermal treatment

  The place is supposed to be hotel and spa with sulpher thermal water. Upon visiting the spa as I'm not hotel guest they should the hot indoor swimming pool where the customers were complaining that water is not hot. They proposed private hot bath as water will be fresh and hot and they filled the it with water. Though it is private still the water is warm not hot and the room itself is cold (I'd recommend heating the place itself). The massage was good and professional. The place surrounding was great as in all Trabzon.

  A Hot Spring Oasis in the Mountains!

  Our stay started off a little shaky (the reception staff, while very pleasant, sent us to a room that hadn't been cleaned or made up, and then sent us to a much smaller room - but third time lucky). After that, the stay was perfect! The hotel is not 5-star luxury, but it is extremely clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. The big three reasons to come here? (1) Amazing thermal water, available both at the indoor pool(s) and outdoor, as well as a lovely hammam and sauna. (2) The quiet and very natural mountain environment - perfect for walking and enjoying the clean air, whatever the weather (3) The excellent food! We're both vegetarian and one is gluten-free, but still found tonnes to enjoy at both breakfast and dinner. Really impressive quality for a buffet. Overall, we'd highly recommend Ridos and put it among some of the best hot spring resorts we have stayed in Turkey (and we've stayed at a lot), especially given the excellent value for money.

  Quite place and nice views

  I was there part of a tour group and we stayed for 2 nights. I liked the view and the walks in the surrounding. As well to have a pleasant quite sit at the room's balcony and watching the trees over the mountains with the sound of running water at the river. There are few nice cafes as well on the hotel balcony. I enjoyed my stay there.
