  Casino bonito con muy agradable atenciòn.

  El Casino es lleno de mucha energia y gente agradable.El Bufett servido de mariscos,salvo el cangrejo al ajillo y el cat fish apanado,el resto no colmò las expectativas mias,pero la atenciòn es digna de resaltar. Muy Poca variedad de comidas.La vista fuera del Casino es muy relajante.

  Disappointed and rooms need work

  The location was good for us on the river and some of the workers were kind but outside of that the rooms need remodeled and house keeping is the worst. The wall paper was coming off the walls. The wall was soft where the electrical plug was when you tried to plug something in (heard another guest complaining of same issue at front desk and his was completely pushed in the wall and not working) We had no shampoo or tissues in the bathroom (Housekeeping didn't stock and we were a new check-in so had to get from front desk) Asked for clean towels at the front desk and was told they were out of clean towels. Pool area had 2 towels in there and we had 3 people. We tried to be understanding maybe short on staff but in the morning had 4 cleaners on just our wing And had enough staff to bang on every door. We couldn't find luggage carts so waited at front doors till one became available as soon as someone unloaded there luggage we went up and put our stuff on. But they had plenty of staff to pound on Every door right at 11:00 saying HOUSEKEEPING! We opened our door with all our luggage on the cart and said pushing it out now and all she did was turn and walk away writing something down. RUDE! Called direct and was charged 179.00 Trip advisor shows discount sited only 79! Definitely not a 179 room!

  Disappointed with Casino

  A lot has changed post Covid-19. The table games are no longer $5 Minimum they are now $25 Minimum. Only 3 seats @ each card game table. No valet parking, no shuttle service, no drink servers and half of the machines are shutdown. The Buffett is closed and the new Bistro food is not great. The chicken wings were fried so hard they made my jaw hurt to chew. The only good thing is now that people have to wear masks they cannot smoke @ the table games. This has become a high limit card casino on the weekend which now takes away its edge if being a low limit table games casino compared to the neighboring casinos. I am not motivated to return after being a patron for over 20 years.

  They're trying hard, but have a way to go with their RV Park

  The bathrooms and overall campground are new, nice, clean and well kept. The spots provide a cement pad, just big enough for our 36 MH, the rest is gravel. The breakfast was actually quite good, get there early as everyone in the resort will be in line for the only onsite breakfast option. The entry to the park needs more signage! The keypad and gate are at the end of a long drive with white picket fence on the left. The entry gate has similar pickets, and no sign indicating it's the only way in. If you're towing anything, you'll hesitate because there is no room to turn around, or back up (if pulling a toad). Cable TV on our site (#1) didn't work, I have along enough cable and connected to the empty site next to us which then worked. We contacted maintenance and they replied quickly, but could not help us due to construction flaws at that site. The casino lobby itself had an odd feel to it,,,mostly empty and looked a bit like an empty shopping mall. Price was right for a one night stay.

  Awful!!

  Can never get anybody to answer phone!! What's the point of being open!! Always enjoyed coming here for a quick getaway. Use to get free night for seniors! Willing to pay senior discount won't answer phone!! Will never be back!!
