  Great value!

  Nice hotel , clean room , very friendly staff ! Much better value than the pricier hotel in the area. The furniture was much better quality and more modern than the comfort inn.Would definitely stay there again.

  Worst ever

  Was the worst experience, not a family friendly hotel, should of stayed elsewhere . To many parties and loud when people go outside to smoke . Wasnt pleasant Glad to not go back at all . Stay in Fort Wayne next time

  Do not recommend

  My husband and I stayed here for work and was not at all impressed. The Hispanic lady at the front desk was rude. The housekeeping started to get very lazing to the point where there was a few days we would come back from work and they hadnt been in to clean. The last day of our stay we get back from work and noticed yet again the housekeeping hadnt been done, but someone came in grabbed our dirty towels and did nothing else. Now our confusion was, why would someone even bother to come in and not do anything but take dirty towels. So that lead us to be very weary about their intentions so we started checking all of our stuff. While we havent yet noticed anything missing that was enough to make us change our mind about this place. The lady I talked about earlier in the review came to our room to bring us clean towels since again when someone came in only took dirty towels we was explaining to her that what was done made no sense and we was trying to figure out why they even bothered when they didnt clean or anything. All she did was made excuses for the housekeepers saying they was all conbobulated because a housekeeper quit there is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR ANY HOUSEKEEPER COMING IN YOUR ROOM TO DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I want to know what they was really doing in the room because something wasnt right! Another negative about this place is there was some type of work being done and the workers would be working at all hours of the night even at 1:30am we could hear drilling. Is the guests peace and relaxation not important to the staff?! Also, it seemed like no matter who made the eggs in the morning they would always leave egg shells in the eggs. Yucky!!!!

  Scary Filthy Place!

  Based on the ChoiceHotels.com site I used to book our 3 day adventure here, it was portrayed as acceptable for the cost. Its not, at any price. Minimally staffed (front desk staff is usually in parking lot smoking; and on 2 days of our stay - NO housekeeping staff). Given the low occupancy rate, they relied on using other rooms rather than cleaning each day. Carpets throughout were severely soiled, torn, burned, filthy to the point our bare feet became noticeably dirty within minutes. Chairs were unusably stained/dirty. Terrible "continental breakfasts" - constantly running out of coffee as well. Noisy. Do not take your wife here; stay in Fort Wayne instead for the sake of keeping your marriage.

  Had To Call The Huntington Police Department.......

  My room door had a dysfunctional lock that could be easily opened with sliding a credit card thru the door on room 114........After I complained which I recorded this incident on my IPhone the night supervisor summoned the General Manager and after he showed up I told him I was recording this on video, He immediately pulled his hoodie over his head and walked away. The night supervisor came back and told me I was not wanted in this hotel and I had to leave. I called 911.... 3 Police officers showed up and I explained my concerns, 1 officer went back to the desk and returned with another key card for room 127, supposedly an upgrade with a jacuzzi. With no place to go I went to this room that had stains on the carpet and badly wrinkled drapes and a bad smell. I will no longer stay at Rodeway Inn In Huntington Indiana....Oh by the way your staff at this location spends more time outside smoking cigarettes then attending to customers needs...... What really concerns me is the mentality of the staff that told me to leave and I was not wanted there because I was recording a faulty door handle to my room while they were there and I have everything on video tape....... I have stayed in places all over the world and this place by far has the worst accommodations out of my 40 years of travel.......... Save yourself and stay far away from here........
