  Cena y desayuno

  Llevábamos el desayuno incluido con el alojamiento. Había que elegir en una carta entre varios tipos. Todos llevaban fruta variada, café o te y la elección. Todos muy buenos. También cenábamos en la terraza, .el trato estupendo y la comida muy buena. Los precios razonables.

  Vistas increibles

  Las vistas son increibles. El alojamiento es basico pero tiene encanto. Realmente relajante y a unos 10 min en coche del centro de Ubud. El lugar ideal para desconectar. La piscina esta bien. Los desayunos nos encantaron. Comimos varios dias en el restaurante y nos parecio buena relacion calidad precio. No dudaria en volver.

  Very good

  Stay for 3 nights. It was very nice stay, staff in particular was very helpful and always smiling. We stayed in 108 B, I gave 4 rating out of 5, cause of the shower. Either its too hot or no hot water it was difficult specially you have kid never know when the fish of hot water just comes out. Apart from that lovely stay would recommend cause view is just amazing, staff are super sweet.

  Beautiful Ubud

  Set in lush tropics jungle this resort is beautifully tranquil. Over looking the Ayung river with views of the mountains for peace and relaxation this is definitely the place to stay. Stunningly designed private pool villas give the luxury to relax and watch the jungle wildlife go about its daily business, or you can take one of the many trips on offer if your looking to do a little bit more. Rafting on the Ayung river or visiting some of the breathtaking temples, the choices are endless. Very friendly, engaging and helpful staff with great local knowledgeable of the area to help plan your days. The Sayan Terrace cafe has stunning views to enjoy whilst sampling a mix of traditional Indonesian food.

  Terrible stay

  Unfortunately we had an awful experience here. The suites are aged. There are pest control issues. Altogether we felt uncomfortable with issues occurring daily. We spent a total of 6 hours with the staff over repairs, cleaning and pest removal over a 3 night stay. More details: On our first night we found 4 lizards in the room. The staff brought a spray to handle it. A wasp flew in while they worked on the lizards. They sprayed the pillow to kill it - a spray that has written on the bottle that it shouldnt come in contact with skin. We identified a hole in the bathroom window screen which the lizards were coming through. Below the screen, there was lizard poop. We found it to be unsanitary and uncomfortable. The staff was informed. They wanted to wait until the next day to fix it. The next morning, we again asked staff to clean the room and fix the screen while we were out. We returned at 2pm - neither had been fixed. We called staff again and they came. However, we werent able to rest while they fixed it and left for our next activity before they were done. Upon returning at night, we found 50+ dead flying insects in our room. The repair staff had left the lights on, curtains open & door slightly ajar which drew them all in. We wanted to rest, however we had to ask staff to clean it up and waited for an hour for them to do so. The following morning we left at 2am for a sunrise hike. We returned at 10am and found a puddle caused by the leaking A/C. My husbands clothes, shoes and luggage were wet, incl. an expensive pair of dress shoes. Again we called staff to have it fixed and cleaned, a 2 hr ordeal - more time we had planned to rest. We spoke to the manager to ask for reparations. He wanted to use Airbnb as a mediator for the issue. For context, we are on our honeymoon. We would have liked to enjoy our stay, but instead we lost time and sleep dealing with issues, communicating with staff about these issues, and talking and thinking about how to handle the issues. And while the staff were relatively quick to respond, I would have hoped not to come across these problems in the first place. We later stayed at a slightly more upscale private pool suite in Ubud and did not have any problems. The only pros I found were the delicious breakfasts and the beautiful view.
