  Semana de esquí en Austria

  Nos alojamos en este hotel la semana del 20 al 26 de Enero coincidiendo con el descenso de copa del mundo. El hotel no nos defraudó aunque es cierto que por la diferencia de precio, si puedes coger la habitación superior no se debe dejar de hacer. Los desayunos fueron muy buenos y completos aunque las cenas dejaron un poco de desear; la cantidad muy buena pero la calidad y variedad de los alimentos dejó de desear. Si volviéramos no cogeríamos las cenas de nuevo. Los servicios del hotel excelentes. Nos recomendaron restaurantes y una escuela de esquí y en todos los casos fue un éxito. Sin ninguna duda volveríamos.

  Vacaciones de ski

  Segunda vez que nos alojamos en este fantástico hotel de estilo tirolés en el centro de Kitzbühel. La atención y el servicio es un 10, desayunos excelentes y recomiendo el restaurante y piano bar por las noches. El hotel tiene un magnífico spa para relajarse después de esquiar.

  Awful management

  We made a big group booking for an end customer for March and then the whole area was shut down so we couldnt go and were of course told that our money should be repaid quickly. This is 6 weeks ago and we still haven´t got our money back. We have been told several times that the money is being processed, and then later on that the transaction has been made, but all of that have so long just been empty words and lies. We have been in contact with the group booking, the General Manager and the assistant to the owner Dr Christian Harisch (he owns several hotels around the region). All of them tell the same thing, it is taken care of and Mr Harisch will approve it today. What a tremendously big lie This is not the way I would run hotels and companies, that´s one thing for sure.

  Don't book - they are stealing your money!!

  We booked a big group coming down to Kitzbühel during March this year and we were suppose to stay at the hotel but then the Tyrol was closed. We had made a prepayment of the hotel and on March 13th I received an email telling us that the money would be refunded. Now over 6 weeks later there has been no money refunded. Plenty of empty words and promises that the money would be refunded by the manager of the hotel. On each email they are telling us that the money will be approved for refund, but NOTHING happens!! Acting like this and keeping all the money and not sending it back to us is so unprofessional. How could this type of hotel treat their client like this? I would never ever book a group or recommend for anyone to book this hotel and if you do be ready that they will take your money and not refund it if something happens. So not when they are opening up their hotel again at may 29th, dont book it!!! We cant support a hotel like this.

  Great place in Kitzbühel with rooftop pool and great spa

  After the general covid-19 lockdown we were happy to get out of the house and stay a few days in the Alps. The hotel had a great 4 for 2 deal, which made our stay even more sweet. Overall the experience was really 5 star. The staff was attentive and very helpful (the concierge had the best recommendations for food in town). The room itself (2nd floor) was lovely, what you typically expect from a hotel in the Alps, very traditional, nothing too modern / fancy but I think the higher floors have upgraded rooms if you're more up for modern. The beds were super comfy, and we also had a small balcony. The highlight was surely the rooftop pool, as we were lucky to have the perfect weather to lie in the sun after a day of hiking or mountain biking. Important for us, they also had a storage room where we put our bikes (or ski in winter, for that matter). We had breakfast included, which had pretty much everything one could wish for, esp. for vegetarians or even vegans: plenty of fresh fruit, veggies, lots of musli to choose from, even chia seeds and goji berries which I rarely see anywhere at hotel breakfasts, of course the usual jams / spreads, cheese / ham and some hot stuff (eggs & meats). Great selection of bakery items (sweet & savoury) and teas. On our last morning we fully enjoyed the spa area, which is super modern (love the design), offers sth for everyone and was luckily not really busy on a Sunday morning since everyone seemed to have checked out - so definitely ask for a late checkout :) Overall, we were very happy with our choice of hotel.
