  Nice, quiet getaway

  We chose the River Creek Condo #104. VERY clean, bright, modern decor and comfie. Fell in love when we walked in. During the day I was on the beach and hubby on golf course. Of the evening, as well as early am, I relaxed on the screened in porch.... Couldn't have asked for ANYTHING more. I would move there TODAY if the place were mine. Many thanks to the owner for making their place available for a wonderful getaway week. Simply beautiful.

  Chose another place

  We arrived to a unit that was not clean. Both screened in porch areas were full of spiders and spider webs. The sliding door off of the mini suite kept getting stuck so after opening it once we werent able to use it. All of the doors and windows were very dirty and there was mold in the door frames. The toilets had a black ring around the top. There was a dirty pan in the oven. All of the plates in the cabinets were put away full of water because when we got them out the first time I got an unexpected shower. The dryer was full of sand. Half of the lights in the unit had bulbs that were blown. One of glasses in the cabinet was broken and the piece was just laying there in the cabinet. The glass top of the table in the dining area had food on it and handprints everywhere. I called the office on Tuesday to let someone know about the door and she said she would send someone to look at it, but no one came out to look at it. I had a really bad experience with the activity center staff (didnt get her name but a girl with long dark hair, glasses and really big eyebrows). I went to the pool, where my sister-in-law had entered a few minutes before me, and had a small cooler with water bottles. My sister-in-law had a cooler with water in it also, and she was allowed to go in with it. The girl at the counter stopped me and told me that I couldnt take it in. I took the cooler out and came back in the activity center and there were two other families in line in front of me with cooler bags and food that was visible through the bags and the girl let them take it in. I stopped at the desk to sign in as well and told her that I took my cooler out and expected her to have the others who had them to do the same and then headed out to the pool. About 15 minutes later she came out to the pool to walk around and look to see if coolers were out there. She walked to each that she saw and when my sister-in-law said she could look in her cooler, she did and then told her that was fine and she could keep it out there. She proceeded to do the same with the other families coolers that were out there. I offered to let her check my cooler when I came through the lobby and she said I am only one person and I dont have time to check all of the coolers that come through here. Needless to say, your employee Obviously had a personal reason for showing discrimination. Once in the pool, we notice that the temperature of the water was very warm and didnt look like it was treated each day because each day that we were there it got more cloudy and there was no effort to try to cool the water down. I would think that since the pool closes at 8pm and doesnt open until 11am that would be plenty of time to make sure that it is clean and refreshing for guests that pay a good amount of money to stay and deserve reasonable cleanliness. Overall we were very dissatisfied with the accommodations.

  We had a wonderful time. The staff was great and the neighbors are so friendly. The condo was big enough for 4 families & everybody had their own bathroom, We had a pond with alligators and we actually saw them, it was great. The beach was a five minute drive away.

  Champions condo

  This is our second trip and we enjoyed it both times! The condo was clean and this is an older crowd which I like. It is a good place to go and relax. The golf course is beautiful and the pool was small but nice.

  Peaceful Trip

  The staff communication via text, email & in person made us feel informed and welcomed. Every part of Seatrail is so laden with birds, other wildlife, the greens and natural landscaping that you relax immediately. Our mini-suite was just right for a weekend stay. On our next trip we would book a unit with a full kitchen & screened porch. If youre on the go & dont want to cook, I highly recommend this mini-suite.
