  Unos dias de trabajo en Ann Arbor

  Buen servicio, buen precio, y buena atencion en el rest. Verdaderamente me volveria a quedar aqui. Las habitaciones bn comodas las de dos camas, y el baño comodo y muy limpio... definitivame tienen muy claro lo claro el servicio al cliente...

  Older Hotel With Great Service

  The Sheraton Ann Arbor is an older hotel that has a very good staff which equates to great service. I normally do not have dinner in hotels, but on this visit it was cold with snow and I decided to have some food in the bar area.I was a impressed with the food and service. The hotel chips swerved with drinks were home made and very good. My guest room was dated and needs to be updated. The heating system took a while to go on.I was impressed in that my room had an air purifier.

  Tesla destination charger

  Really nice hotel-bed super comfortable, had a tub, microwave, mini fridge and well lit bathroom with one of those magnifying mirrors I keep telling myself I need to buy Tesla Chargers right outside front door to lobby.

  Excellent Stay. Convenient Location.

  My girlfriend and I stayed here in early-August for a weekend in Ann Arbor. While this isn't in downtown, it is a quick 5-10 minute drive. Prices at this hotel were about $100 lower than any of the other Marriott properties, which is why I booked a room here ($96). Check-in was fast and smooth. We were upgraded to a room with a sofabed (thank you!) on the club level (6th floor). Due to COVID, restaurant was closed and so was the club lounge. It was disappointing but understandable given that occupancy was very low (there were about 20 cars in the lot per night.) They have a small market with food and drinks (alcoholic included). The indoor pool and whirlpool were closed but the outdoor pool was open. Room furnishings were in excellent condition. Bed was pretty comfortable. Shower was very nice and the showerhead had excellent water pressure (I'm actually looking into purchasing one identical to the one used in this bathroom.) All-in-all, it was an excellent visit. When in the area, I would stay here again.

  Hotel has health safety issues

  We had a terrible experience regarding Covid and health safety while staying at this hotel during a family medical emergency the weekend of October 16. Before and at check-in on October 15 the hotel assured us that guests had to wear masks and follow social distancing rules. But on October 16 a local youth hockey tournament arrived, and we returned from 11 hours at the hospital to find people without masks (presumably parents) standing in the hallway five feet from our door drinking beer and talking loudly. We waited about 30 minutes before calling the desk. But when after 30 more minutes that had no effect, we went to the lobby which was worse!!! There was a large crowd (at least thirty people) milling and sitting around drinking, eating, not distancing and NOT WEARING MASKS. The ONE clerk on duty at the lobby desk was clearly overwhelmed and could offer no help. The party outside our door eventually broke up after WE asked them if they could go elsewhere. After complaining via e-mail and phone message, the hotel manager informed us the next day (October 17) via e-mail (so these are in fact DIRECT quotes) that "we are not able to control the actions of an unruly group...[and] we do not have enough staff due to Covid." She also noted that if we were concerned about possible exposure to a superspreader because of her staffs inability to control the crowd "we advise you to check out for your own safety." She did comp our stay when we did leave, but that seems small recompense for our possible Covid exposure. We notified local health officials; they contacted us before 9:00 am on Monday, assuring us they understood our concerns and would investigate the situation. However, local and national Sheraton management have not substantively responded to requests to clarify their policy. We would consider this unacceptable in any circumstances, but right now it seems unconscionable. Anyone concerned with health and safety issues may want to avoid this hotel. We wish we had.
