  Mala atención, incompetencia, servicio deplorable y condiciones deplorable de la comida, utensilios con falta de higiene

  Mi visita al chiringuito q tiene el mencionado hotel ha sido todo un viaje por la desatención el maltrato y el caos gracias a la incompetencia, la mala gerencia con lo que el personal encargado maneja y atiende el local, su pobre preparación para hacer frente al cliente deja mucho que desear, nunca volvería, un día apasible y encantador en una gran localización de playa se puede convertir en horrible pesadilla.

  Not a 5 star Honest review

  OK, so we arrived on Saturday afternoon and was told to sit down and fill in a form. After about 20 minutes we checked in hot and thirsty no drinks offered on arrival like many hotels. We are two friends but we're only given 1 room card key when asked if I could have another I was told no. We were taken up to our room on floor 1 which is OK nothing special for a 5 star hotel, very small balcony. We were told we had a mini bar, after looking we found we had a mini fridge that was empty. 1 single bottle of water stood on the side. We were excited to get looking around so unpacked and went to one of the pools. We found only one bar open as the other restaurants and bars are not opening. So to get a drink at the quiet pool you have to go back up to the lobby bar. The drinks are ok not great sprite is flat most of the time. The water comes in small cartons like kids drinks. After getting ready went down to the restaurant which looks all grand from the entrance. On arrival we found salad bar that has literally been thrown in no nice presentation and tasted absolutely awful as dry with no dressing. The melon was chopped up and thrown into a cabinet no trays displaying anything and the mains are fish with heads, boned chicken in a kind of gravy and meatballs. Vegetables in thick sauces, this is honestly worse than a canteen. Even the biscuits at breakfast are stale, food cold and bland. The majority of the staff don't understand English in the restaurant so to ask what something is, we'll it's like a guessing game. The entertainment consists of one big guy and a woman. The shows are diabolical my friend was that bored she fell asleep. The nightclub is like a kids play room the big guy doing the music again and after 11pm you have to buy your drinks. Everything closes on the dot. Overall food and entertainment seriously need looking at. I think this hotel caters more for Turkish, German, Polish and Russian. To sum it up I would give this hotel a 2.5star rating to maximum of 3 stars. It seems if you are English you are treated rudely.

  Nice Hotel nice Service

  Dobry hotel, good nice clean Hotel with helpful personal. Eating, Drinks are very good. Rooms are clean and nice. We want Coming soon to this Hotel. Really very good place for good holiday. Chef from Hotel is helpful

  Avoid at all cost if you are English

  My god where do I start I have been all over the world and never experienced rudeness like this It is most certainly not 5 star If you are English you are made to feel more than unwelcome They cater for Russian people The reception guy was the most arrogant person I have ever met Avoid like the plague This was mentioned to be my honeymoon The 5 stars must have come from a lucky bag

  Dont go here if youre English!

  This is honestly one of the worst hotels Ive ever stayed in! The room is ok and the pool is nice but the food is disgusting. The staff are all so rude and unhelpful Ive never come across anywhere like it. I tried to kill them with kindness as I thought maybe theyre tired, as they work long days but then I got sick of their rudeness and gave up making an effort!! Avoid, there are better hotels out there! The spa on-site is amazing and well worth a visit, the staff there are so welcoming and very friendly. I visited there 4 times in the week.
