  Hands down...best choice!

  I travelled to Italy from Texas and when looking for a hip place to stay in Follonica, after endless research, I found Sleep B&B. I couldn't have made a better choice--the room was SO clean, the breakfast was perfect and the staff made check in and check out easy! Sleep has all the comforts of a 5-star hotel! The B&B is 2 blocks from the beach, which was so convenient and right above a fun restaurant with AMAZING cocktails and food! The room was super quiet and equipped with everything I needed from a steamer for clothes to things that are so easily forgotten like Qtips/nail files. The TV is equipped with Netflix, radio, high speed wifi, flat screen TV, and the most incredible hand painted wall art you will ever see. The room had a beautiful, spacious terrace, which is where I enjoyed my mornings. I will return to Follonica soon and for sure book here!

  Unexpected and cool style in Follonica

  Street art design in harmony with welcoming and helpful approach of hosts coudn´t make a better place for us in Follonica. Rooms clean, modern and nicely furnished with pimped design. Breakfast served in very unusual way, almost in bed. Location in the very heart of Follonica, just few meters from the beach, many restaurants and offering many possibilities to spend time however you want. Combinaton of this accommodation and restaurant in the same building run by the same family was a guarantee of best servise. Can only recommend.

  Amazing B&B

  Everything about this place is great. We can really recommend this. Located 200 m from the beach and 5 minutes from the centrum of the city. Parking place is very close. Very friendly and kind hosts and staff. You really felt you were welcome. They are very helpful with recommending places and restaurants to visit. The room and the terrace are very clean. Good and comfortable beds and pillows. Different and nice deco at the room. Amazing and healthy breakfast were served outside the room and you could make tea and good coffee yourselves at the end of the hallway. Everything at this B&B has been thought through. Even the lovely lavender showergel at the bathroom. We can also recommend the bar/restaurant below the B&B. The food is very good quality, with meat and vegetables from local farmers. Their cocktails are also so amazing.

  Excellent

  Its the first time that Im top rating an hotel because there always was something to improve. Perfection doesnt exist, but this BB is very close to it since a great care on details is applied everywhere. Skilled and very professional staff help you in everything you might need, king size bed in a room equipped with all your could need: steam iron, hairdryer, condoms, welcome kit, efficient heating, private parking for you car and much more. Everything is very tidy and you feel surrounded by comfort: also the breakfast served directly in your room is something I ever had before. Congrats to the ownership!

  Great Room with Patio

  Loved this place and my room! The patio was perfect for an evening snack and the hosts very helpful with extra chairs for my guests. The breakfast was delivered to my door. Downstairs there is the Yankee restaurant, I am an American and my father's favorite team was the Yankees! So I felt right at home! There is some sounds from the restaurant that reach upstairs to the room, but it didn't bother me. I say YES YES YES to this B&B.
