  El mejor hotel en Jackson Hole ;)

  Mi familia y yo visítamos el hotel cada año y siempre me ha parecido espectacular. Escojan la habitación con la vista, relajante y muy acojedor. En hotel tiene, piscina, jacuzzi y snacks todos los días! Es muy fácil llegar a la montaña desde el hotel ;)

  Increible lugar

  Me encanto el lugar el servicio como pocos hoteles en EU siempre muy amable la gente y dispuesta a ayudar, habitaciones con clima y chimenea super bonitas y buena comida, el filete de bisonte fue espectacular, decoracion muy rustica, super recomendable

  Great Ski Vacation at the Snake River

  Just finishing up our vacation here and loved staying at the Snake River Lodge. We've stayed at numerous places in Teton Village (Alpenhof, Hotel Terra, Teton Mountain Lodge), and SRL is a great value. This is a cozy mountain lodge right in the village, with literal ski-in and just steps to the lifts. Wonderful pools in and out with hot tubs. Ski valet to take your skis at the end of the day. The double queen rooms are comfy and nice, not high-end. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite the last 3 nights, and this is the way to go. Double-sided fireplace with huge bath and shower area in master, fantastic views. The suites feel high-end and on par with the fancier hotels in the village, like Teton Mountain Lodge and Hotel Terra, but theyre much more affordable. The spa is exquisite, with saunas and hot tub in the womens locker room, the hot stone massage was delightful. We also appreciated the little market, where the kids could grab drinks and snacks. Service is very good, staff very friendly and accommodating. Again, this is a charming hotel and great value. Its true theyre more restrictive during Covid than, say, the Four Seasons, and restaurants and bar werent fully open, but they offered a delicious ready-to-go breakfast every morning and apres snacks (included in the rate) every afternoon, and you could always order food and drinks to go. In short, we had a great time at this charming hotel, great for a family ski vacation!

  Poor Service/ Double Charges from Ski Valet

  We had an Ok visit. The location is good, But unfortunately, the front desk staff were dishonest about billing and did not allow us to review the bill the night before check out. When we tried to rectify being double charged for multiple items, they said they could not do it for another day. Subsequently, they were unhelpful over the phone. Still have not been refunded. The ski valet double charged, as well; seems systemic. Beware.

  Policies not customer friendly, be wary!

  We booked two rooms at this lodge each around $440 for 5 days.Due to a winter storm the plane couldnt land that night so we arrived the following day.The hotel completely refused to wave the no show charge( room plus all taxes and resort fees) for either room( total $1000.00) and the manager snowed no interest in working with us , telling us thats what trip insurance is for. The hotel is dated and due to the pandemic a kind of lifeless .The what used to be a restaurant is now used as an eatery and you have to order take out which is odd considering you eat the food in the same place the restaurant was.The food is mediocre and the staff bringing the food not friendly.There are mixed messages RE the food one could eat there( from the hotel vs an outside restaurant)When I called the front desk I was told I could bring my own food to the eatery however I witnessed a guest being turned away when trying to bring a pizza in. The spa is nice however there are so many CoVid related regulations that one might just not use it.There is so much chlorine in the whirlpool that my skin was still smelling of chlorine after a shower and into the next day. Concierge not helpful at all if inquired about anything else other than downhill ski( ex.X country or snowshoeing) Room cleaning not time efficient considering that many people prefer to not have their rooms cleaned( we left at 8 and returned at 4 to find the housekeeper still in our room and in the end she left without vacuuming( yet were charged full price !!) Pros: front desk staff nice Proximity to slopes Hotel is kept clean and CoVid measures are reinforced I might give this hotel another chance once the pandemic is over although there are other hotels in Teton Village that could be a better choice overall. If you can afford it definitely go for the Four Seasons next door! I know I will next time.
