  Me encanto!

  Ya había ido al SO./ de Berlín y había quedado encantado por la habitación y por la onda que le ponen a todo, por eso elegimos el de Auckland. Nos recibieron con un trago, la habilitación excelente, decoración impecable, te incluyen el frigobar y si quieres hacer algo a la noche, tienen un rooftop con muy buen ambiente. La ubicación está perfecta, En Auckland todo está a 200 mts, si te animas podes usar los lime que están en toda la ciudad

  SO ok

  The property is well situated. Service was very friendly. The room was very nice, comfortable with great amenities. However, the outside noise bothered us. Reception was super kind in showing us three rooms. Unfortunately, due to the hotel's location, one can hear the outside noise. It would have been a good idea to invest in better windows....

  FANTASTIC!!!

  Always on the look out for unique and different hotels, we booked the Spa and Dining package (highly recommended if available) at the SO/. Zoe was very helpful prior to arriving on Spa, dining and tour bookings. Upon arrival, the staff got us checked in to our room asap after our long trip in from NYC. Special thanks to the Social Harbour staff for an amazing dinner (and too much NZ wines) and delicious breakfasts. Our room was fantastic w/ a partial harbour view on the 14th floor. Loved the funky lobby and the "smart" elevator as well. Also a shout out to Neil for arranging our outing to Ponsonby and the Spa Team for taking great care of the wife.

  Club had high service standards

  The SO was a really great place to stay and was as good as anywhere we have stayed in Auckland. Check in was fine, the lobby is very "curated" and has a bit of artifice but the entry level club room was really stylish and well equipped. We really enjoyed everything about the room except the street noise even on the 10th floor was significant at night. The Club lounge was exceptional, afternoon tea with a choice of 17 teas, cocktails made to order for evening drinks and high quality New Zealand wines, delicious canapés. The lounge was great. Breakfast in a private dining room was also tasty. As the country transitioned in to COVID 19 lockdown dining in the restaurant wasn't possible and we had room service on three nights which was good (the only gripe being cold fries). Service by Som in the lounge was the best we have had in the dozens of club lounges we have been in over the world, her enthusiasm and talent was really appreciated. Will was also wonderful. Service elsewhere was more patchy, breakfast orders were not written down so they were not correct, being asked to leave HI-SO on the roof as the bar was closing less that 5 minutes after getting our first cocktail (we had to take them back to our rooms as we were told to drink them quickly). The venue wasn't really for us, the crowd was young, keen on drinking a lot and allowed to smoke on the terrace. We didn't feel particularly welcomed as house guests. The DJ was great however and the venue was stylish. Overall, this is a design hotel that went beyond aesthetics and particularly in the Club lounge offered exceptional, friendly international standard service. We look forward to returning in the future.

  Hotel closed, but not told :(

  SO disappointed, after booking this hotel for the America's cup early next year, I have found out that this hotel is actually closed for that period, despite having a current booking for the same time. No contact from the hotel to tell me. I found out from a friend. Were you going to let us just arrive to a closed hotel ? Meanwhile prices have become very expensive everywhere for that time. Not the way to treat your loyal customers SO. Platinum members too, which makes t feel worse. Be aware if you have booked here
