  Employee makes the difference!

  Terrific facility with good amenities, attentive to cleanliness; but by far their best asset is staff like Dakota J! From check-in to check-out, he was efficient, helpful, and courteous, An employee like that, with a pleasant demeanor, friendly attitude, and genuine concern that guests are cared for, makes all the difference in the success of a hotel.   A great place to stay

  Stayed one night while passing through. Check-in process was easy. Megan did a great job making us feel welcome, and comping the parking which was great as there was no mention about paid parking on the bonvoy app until the last second before you tapped the final submit. The room was perfect in all ways but 2. The location of the smoke detector between the end of the bed and the bathroom caused the flash of the indicator light to be disruptive to falling asleep. The AC/H system worked well, but we couldn't find a way to keep the fan on constant, even when we had the fan switched to "on" instead of "auto," so the unit would cycle on and off throughout the night, once again disruptive to sleep. Other than those 2 things, everything was great, from the soft fluffy towels, the mirror which didn't fog up from the shower, and the tv that swiveled---a huge perk!

  OUTSTANDING

  I have traveled all over the US and staying everywhere from The Red Roof to The Ritz Carlton and Springhill Suites Bloomington IN is THE BEST! The staff here will go above and beyond every single time, the location is as good as it gets, central to everything, the cleanest place I ever stayed (yes cleaner than the Ritz) . I have stayed at this Property countless times and, just can't say enough about it. When you are choosing a place in Bloomington this is the place you will not regret it.

  "WONDERFUL"

  We stayed for 10 nights and could not be happier with our decision. Deluxe Queen Studio was very comfortable (especially the beds). Spacious bathroom. Breakfast was excellent every morning. The staff was outstanding- led by Kirby, they were super helpful at every turn. Dakota, Emily, Cheyenne, James and everyone who works here gave us the feeling that we were special and appreciated. The premises are extremely clean and always inviting. The gas fireplace in the lobby added to the ambiance. Perfectly situated in downtown area. Looking forward to returning when we come back to Bloomington!

  Very nice one-night stay

  My son and I stayed here during a college visit tour. Very good experience at this hotel. Front desk staff was friendly, especially Dakota. Excellent location with easy parking and a short walk to the amenities/attractions on Kirkwood and near the Monroe County Courthouse. Room was very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, decent coffeemaker, thermostat not complicated and the HVAC unit worked well. Great free wi-fi. The suite had a large walk-in closet. The light in the closet was burned out. The TV channel list said there was HBO available, but it did not work on Sat Feb 20 so we streamed a movie on my iPad. Breakfast on Sunday morning featured a friendly server dishing up scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles etc. Nice that they had moved beyond the granola-bar-yogurt-and-an-apple-in-a-bag phase of the pandemic. Place was very uncrowded during our stay. Would not hesitate to book here again.
