    Great Value!

    The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the price was right! The breakfast was better than just the average continental. They had eggs and a sausage hash which was a great start to a cold North Dakota day.

    GREAT PLACE ! ! !

    The SpringHill Suites is a fabulous stop - clean, sparkling, COVID-19 consciousness evident, and more. The space is fresh and chic, rooms with great furniture, super beds, crisp bedding, and quiet/sweet. Family members also enjoyed a 'distanced' evening on the patio with fireplace glowing. Highly recommend - and thanks to LUKE, the hotel Manager. :)

    Clever room layout

    This was a business trip for my husband an I. First impressions of the hotel were clean, modern and minimalist. Upon entering the room I was delighted to see a studio type layout. Couch, large ottoman, desk/chair wall unit that separated the living space from the sleeping space. We appreciated the mini fridge & microwave. The toilet room was separate from the shower room which was another huge bonus. The only downside was that the couch was very uncomfortable for prolonged sitting (understood it was made to double as a pull out bed, but it was over firm and uncomfortable. We appreciated the variety of foods they were able to provide for breakfast in light of this COVID time (yogurt, oatmeal, mini brioche egg & cheese sandwiches, mini muffins, juice & coffee).

    Nice but...

    Beautiful, clean, very friendly staff. But the noise from your neighbors bathroom, constant water sounds, everytime they flush, run water etc ...sooooo annoying! Bring earplugs to sleep in and you will probably be ok.

    Overall a great stay

    Overall a great stay. Quiet, clean and convenient. Location is close to everything in grand forks. Nice size rooms, with great layout and setup. Ample parking. Stay with confidence. If u read this give us a thumbs up.
