  Stay here if you are in Kigali!

  What a wonderful find! This is a clean, friendly, relaxed, comfortable stop over. We had a long overnight flight and were grumpy and tired. Struggled to find the place a bit as self driving, but they helped on the phone and could not have given us a warmer welcome. They found a guy to come with me to get fuel and shopping, a total godsend. There is a cute little bar on site and you can eat there. We had a very acceptable pizza and great breakfast. We met the manager and all of the staff were always friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathroom clean, good hot water pressure. Even a fridge and TV in the room. This is definitely the place to stay as a spring board from Kigali :)

  Great experience, Great service

  The staff in this place is just phenomenal, from the Askari at the gate to the front office staff (Lillian, Danian and the Manager Esperance) were great. Very pleasant, courteous, and just friendly. I would highly recommend this place to any visitor to Kigali. Google maps directions is misleading though. The location of the Hotel is in Gikondu.

  Nice Hotel and best staff

  Been here with friends at a conference close to the area of the Hotel. Helpful staff and clean Hotel. Some rooms and apartment with good space. Breakfast included not to much but enough if you arr happy with tea, coffee, eggs, omelette, bread and fruits. Price worthy place with a nice view. Located in Gikondo with some shops and ATM not far away. This is place I will always choose for my visits in Rwanda.

  Redefining Hospitality

  BOOKING I booked via booking.com and this required no credit card and took less than 3 minutes. Upon my booking confirmation I received an email requesting my arrival details to which they had a driver there ready to pick me. He "Sean" just like the other staff was very courteous, helpful, and welcoming. He called ahead to know if I needed a big car due to Luggage, and when he picked me, he even took me to a supermarket to pick a few things. He diligently escorted me while I shopped and then promptly delivered me to the hotel SERVICE- The receptionist at the tiny front desk received me with such natural warmth and hospitality that I forgot my tiredness for a bit. She checked me in so easily and had my bags brought up to me. She was actuality swamped with calls, clients etc yet she was very Professional, courteous and very welcoming. The little lady that was given to take me to my room was very nice, almost wanted to help me up the stairs ha ha. But the cutest thing was when a few minutes later she struggled up the stairs with my very heavy suitcase because the bell boy seemed to be busy. My case was literally bigger than her. I hope I see her again to tip her. ROOM, The room was a nice surprise with Little fridge, wardrobe, tv, hair drier, toiletries, slippers and bath slippers as well as a balcony that looked over neighbourhood. The mattress is a spring mattress and bedding nice and clean though too light for the cold weather. The water was hot as per your desired temperature. The WiFi is very fast and accessible from my room which was another pleasant surprise that I took advantage of. It may be a little off the beaten path and away from active areas so one may need to be ready for that realty. So far I am so glad I chose this particular hotel and will continue to market it to others that may come to Kigali.

  Breakfast take away

  Called ahead to order take away breakfast. It was timely, cheap and delicious! They gave me much more than I expected for 4 $USD - scrambled eggs, toast, fruit and yogurt. Very filling! Would recommend!
