  Buena ubicaciòn, habitaciones amplias, con buena vista.

  Buen servicio, personal muy cordial, habitaciones espaciosas, limpias, luminosas, con vista agradable. Ubicaciòn ideal si se busca tranquilidad para descansar. No tiene parking propio pero consiguen un lugar con guardia.

  Very good

  Older, but very elegant hotel. The room was very lovely and clean, bur first of all the staff was very friendly and helpful, giving advice on both dining and leisure activities, as well as helping to check opening times. I would go come here again.

  A nice hotel for good price on a lovely place

  We had a reservation through booking come, but I called to upgrade the room. Of course after arrival nobody new anything about that. The hotel is ok, rooms nice and staff friendly. Hidden jewel is a sauna with the massage where we were alone and it was much better than in big spa houses. Breakfast was quite good without crowds. Place is great immediately opposite to hotel Pupp. Restricted parking , so book in advance. Prices reasonable.

  Quaint hotel with nice location

  Nice and clean hotel with a good breakfast. Parking was advertised as 400 meters away but in actuality was nearly 2km...however parking was free and upon check in the front desk escorted us to the parking area and gave us a ride back to the hotel.

  No real complaints. Good price n location

  We had a very bug room on the 6th floor with a lovely view if the Grand Pupp. Was clean. WiFi was fast. The evening receptionist with glasses and a ponytail was very strange and quite quite rude to a Czech speaking guest. I heard raised voices and the word taxi a lot. The larger receptionist in the morning was nicer. Parking around the corner next to the Theatre was bit of a faff but parking is a huge pain in this city. Bring cash!! Car parks on most small restos only accept it. Breakfast was ok. The lift was tiny and slow but its probably really old.
