  One word grateful!

  I have to show gratitude to the GM Rema you absolutely rock! You showed so much care and concern for us and our situation I will never forget that! Sabrina and Pam from breakfast to social hour you both went above and beyond to make us feel like we were at home! Nina and Donta thank you for the immediate attention to all of our needs! I will never choose any other hotel over a IHG Staybridge from the great spacious clean rooms to the great accommodations and staff what more do you need! Great stay great staff I wish I could leave ten stars! Definitely worth it

  Great Hotel

  This hotel was great for so many reasons. The location was near the highway and across the street from a mall. I grew up in this area and so many restaurants were added to this area. The staff was quick to assist with our concerns. Their hot breakfast was delicious. It was a great visit.

  No return call

  No one at the hotels returns your call after they made numerous promises to do so. Looking for a better rate and Crystal states she had one & after I made 4 calls to her to discuss it she stated she would call me back. Never did. Even stated she had the wrong number when she attempted to call back. The 800# customer service never sent my confirmation via email as promised. Terrible service.

  stayed several times over the years

  I like you can get a true suite, with bedroom shut off from living room and kitchen area. Dennis at front desk a sweetie, remembers his guests and what they like. Breakfast not impressive, take and go bag with yogurt, granola bar, muffin and apple. Better than nothing but get pretty tired of same thing every day! Coffee available by front desk. Unable to get top floor room, so some noise above at night. Room clean. Some front desk staff wear mask below nose which is not cool!

  Some information

  The hotel itself is nice and is typical of other Staybridge properties. The bed was comfortable as well. It is located near the interstate with a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. It was a little tricky to navigate the maze of streets nearby, though. The thing I did not like about the hotel was the lack of information about what accessories are actually available when I booked. There was no information online I could find saying anything, but the hotel had many signs posted throughout the hotel. It would seem simple to put this information online. The pool was closed and there was no evening reception, but I think the fitness center was open. The food in the breakfast bag itself was fine (blueberry muffin, bagel with cream cheese, fruit cup, yogurt & hard boiled eggs). However, there was no juice or milk offered. While there is a refrigerator in the room, I had no idea that this would be the case until I got the bag. There was coffee, but that is something I do not drink.
