  Buen servicio, ubicación y limpieza

  Estuve por trabajo en este hotel, esta situado al lado de la estación de tren. El servicio del hotel fue perfecto, la habitación grande, comoda y limpia. Puede ser un poco caro pero creo que todos los hoteles de la zona tienen precio parecido.

  A very good experience.

  My colleagues and I stayed in this hotel for a few days on a business trip. It can be reached easily and is in a very central position. The rooms are very clean and cozy. also the staff is very helpful. Breakfast was good too but I didn't enjoy the fact that you have to have breakfast into another hotel (of the same chain) about 20/30 meters aside. It's also a pity that they do not have a private car park or, at least, a convention with some nearby parking lots. I don't give 5 stars due to the "problems" listed above, but. in general, I recommend the hotel and if I will have the chance to come back in Mannheim I will seriously take in account this hotel.

  Cozy, friendly, convenient, deal

  We had a quiet room in the rear (back yard view) with minimal but all needed features (electric kettle, coffee pots). Be aware though that this room does not have much space dedicated for storing clothings, not even a chair for your day-wardrobe, only a clothes-rail hanging on chains from the ceiling. If you are prepared to live out of your suitcase during a short stay, then this is fine. The friendly staff will certainly help you to select the right room. The breakfast in the adjacent sister hotel is to be recommended!

  Not a standard hotel

  Centrally located in Mannheim on only 2 minutes walk of the central station. Spacious rooms, no wardrobe but separate equipment to hang you clothes. Working space in hotel room is limited. Breakfast/lunch/diner is at their sister hotel Syte, which is just around the corner. In the lobby is a bar with meeting space however wirh limited opening hours.

  Bad service and management

  We are a family with 4 adults and 1 child. We booked 2 rooms at the hotel STAYTION hotel Mannheim. When we came to check in. The hotel wanted to charge us for an extra bed (35 euro pr. day) for the child. I didnt understand since we booked the rooms for 5 people. The receptionist told us that we were not the first costumer to be angry, and I should be angry at the booking agency that didnt inform us the extra charge. I told her that I want to talk with the manager, and she told me that I will get the same answer. She was rather rude. Under they hotel policy they write that you can park, but they dont tell you thats the parking is a park garage that has nothing to do with the hotel. It cost 15 euro for 24 hours, but you can not drive in and out as you wish, unless you pay etch time you drive out. For people how look for service, DO NOT book this hotel. There is nothing positive to say about this hotel.
