    Very comfortable room, great breakfast. Ian and Lesley were great hosts. Location was brilliant, very near all shops and train station (steam train too) but a quiet Road. The beach is 5 minutes away. Would definitely recommend..

    Great stay

    Stayed here for three nights, I had room 4 overlooking the rugby grounds and steam railway.Lovely comfy bed, nice shower.Ian and Lesley were really friendly hosts and breakfast was a good start to the day with lots of options, I stuck to my cereal and full English - really tasty, Located a few minutes walk from the train and bus station , plus the steam train made it very easy to get around, number 12 bus to Brixham, Torquay, and steam train to Dartmouth Really good stay, would recommend

    Great location close to Paignton Pier and local bars and restaurants, friendly hosts who are happy to help with anything, comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Would definitely go back. Thanks for a great stay.

    Paignton staycation

    Great home from home stay at the Ashleigh guesthouse. New owners Ian and Lesley are friendly hosts. The accommodation is clean, great nights sleep rounded off with an excellent breakfast. Dinner was optional addition, we took them up on this, homely meals reasonably priced and as good as breakfast. COVID-19 precautions pre advise on booking and we found very practical in practice for the stay. Good location, level and walking access to all amenities. Our room overlooked local rugby field and steam railway station. We felt very safe, at ease for our staycation in a pandemic!
