    Amazing service from all areas from reception to room service, to the bar. They hold a very high standard of care to its guests. Very helpful about local recommendations and attractions.     Had a awesome time here at Blu-Zea! Thanks to the staff that were professional, friendly and always there to help. Breakfast was amazing!!!! And the pool and bar area was fun! I loved how you could borrow DVDs out if it was raining or you were just having a relaxing day in. Would definitely stay again and cant fault this place. Thank you

    A Beautiful resort for a family holiday.

    The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were large and very comfortable, the buffet breakfast was amazing and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Thank you Blu-Zea! We had an Amazing family holiday.

    An accident that could of been avoided

    I stayed, for the fifth time at this resort in March and unfortunately met with an accident by way of slipping on the wooden bridge that divides the 2 swimming pools (if youve stayed here youll know it). I was walking across it at 6.20am (sober) en route to a morning run. The cleaners had been hosing it down but sadly no warning of a slippery surface which was my downfall. Long story short I broke my ankle (required reconstruction) and broke my tibia. 70 days later I can now walk without crutches. The hotel took no responsibility for the incident nor took particular notice of my urgings to make this bridge non slippery or safeguard it against future accidents. I got the blank stare! If this wasnt Indonesia but Australia, US or Britain the hotels liability in my case would be quite severe but again the blank stare when this was raised. Frankly the double six groups to guest safety is appalling. In fairness I was offered one (1) free nights accommodation should I choose to return next year and I was relocated to a ground floor room (I couldnt walk) for the remaining 5 nights of my holiday. As previously mentioned had it occurred in another country the lawyers would be queuing up. The attitude to patrons health is perhaps emphasised by the behaviour of some guests around the pool bar as on each of my 5 visits there has been people jumping from the bar into the pool creating obvious potential for a serious accident. This is tolerated quite normally by the bar staff and obvious by management as its never reined in. I can only presume it happens the other 50 weeks of the year. This will perhaps fall on deaf ears as previously stated management just look at you like its not a problem. I have not been able to walk for 2 months, Ive endured 2 surgeries and still they will not respond to emails. I have now been able to engage a local lawyer so will pursue this but please be careful here. I hope so if the above is noted by the hotel and rectified but I sincerely doubt it. If they do this and implement a proper health and safety policy this place is good, very good but not one senior member of staff has even contacted me despite my urgings so Im not sure they really want to invest in their patrons overall safety. Very unbalinese! Have a great and safe holiday anyway
