  Not happy !

  I'm a regular car customer at this place or should I say I used to be !!!!!! My wife and I just cam in for breakfast and we turned away by the manager . ( Turkish man ) wouldn't tell us his name was extremely rude . I didn't book on the app as we checked it and there was availability. However when we arrived at the restaurant we told at 930 am we were told that they were fully booked even though there was not one customer in sight !!!! Which I nearly found funny . The manager tried to tell me that they were extremely busy as they had 12 people booked in the hotel and that they had no room for my wife and I . It was more like it was a massive inconvenience to him that we had turned up . If this was my business I would not be turning paying customers away for no valid reason . There are people that are really struggling to find work at the moment and there are others that just don't value the jobs they are doing and don't deserve them in my opinion. We won't be coming back !

  Nice stay

  Ok so as always I say it the way it is. The venue amazing lovely location amazing staff. So so friendly and helpful. Food wow just wow pizza to die for fish n chips amazing. Drink on tap not the greatest selection. And prices £4.50 to £5.50.. Now bad points. Staff had a problem with remembering things like bringing out condiments for our food... but not a big issue. Room we stayed in room 10 the executive suite. Was really lovely all ways ok. Apart from a big cracks in the celling and water damp. Marks. Oh and if you read this globe you will find it will go a longer way to give your paying customers more then 1 sugar each and only enough for 2 cups of tea off coffee. But all in all if not for the celling in room 10 I would give 5* but today the globe gets 4*

  Ruined evening

  Absolutely lovely staff and lovely food. Night ruined by other room refusing to be quiet. Staff have been up twice and my husband once and they will not shut up being extremely loud. Shame that some people have to ruin it for everyone else.

  Anniversary Trip

  We had a couple of nights away in The Globe for our wedding anniversary. What a lovely, relaxing time we had . The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were fantastic and our Sunday Roast was fab. The hotel is in a great position for exploring Warwick. Thank you so much for a wonderful break.

  Wonderful... What a great hotel!

  So glad we chose The Globe when searching for a hotel in Warwick. We came to Warwick for a trip to the castle which is in walking distance of the hotel. All the staff were friendly and cant do enough for you. We booked a table in the bar for drinks before we headed out for a meal, but could have easily booked a table to eat here as the food looked and smelt really nice. Great choice of cocktails and wines. Our room was impeccably clean, very spacious and nicely decorated. We observed staff constantly sanitising, cleaning and wearing masks which is a must in these times. Breakfast was included with our room which included a large choice of options. I opted for eggs benedict and my husband opted for a full English. Both were wonderful. If we return to Warwick at any point in the future, we wouldnt hesitate to book The Globe as our place to stay. Thanks for a great trip!
