    Bag breakfast and fruit loops

We booked a handicapped room with grab bars but not what we were given. We were there 4 nights- no trash pick up, no new towels, spa was closed, food service only available for 2 of the 4 days and for breakfast we were handed a bag that was carbs and sugar and a cup of fruit loops. We had one good dinner there. We had to drive down the hill for dinners and breakfasts. Setting was nice but old and the service, well not much of it. Be sure you find out about meals and the spa before going. Thank you. Marcia and Lee

Never again. And I had my wedding there.

I want to start off by saying I had my wedding there in September 2018. The staff was wonderful, breakfast was good, housekeeping great, staff great. My husband and I finally saved enough money to come for our 2 year anniversary this September. We were staying for Thursday night through Sunday, so 3 nights and 4 days. We got there at 9 PM thursday and the room was not cleaned, the floors were very dirty. There was no ice anywhere so we went to the front desk to ask and the staff seemed annoyed with us asking for ice and where we could find the nearest bottle of water, which by the way, there wasnt any. We left the next morning and my husband asked them if they could pick up the trash and clean our room, front desk told him that their cleaning lady had already left but that she would get somebody to come in to do that for us. That never happened. At 9 PM that night while we were asleep, there was a person trying to come into our room and it scared us both, it appeared to be housekeeping. Again we were asleep and they never came in to clean the room. The next morning my husband called again ans asked the front desk if somebody could at least come in to pick up the plate of chocolate covered strawberries that we had on the first night (that were yummy). He was then told due to COVID, that the room is not allowed to be cleaned... My only question is then "how do you guys clean in between stays or is that not being done?" I also want to point out that the entire time there was no breakfast available, which is included with the price. Along with the place being very run down and needing a lot of updates, I'm sure that was impacted by COVID. Bottom line... I wish that I was told by management that the rooms were not able to be cleaned or that there would be no breakfast and no available water, etc. You expect these things staying anywhere... even in a pandemic. I had my wedding there and I fell in love with the place. My husband and I left Saturday morning because we realized we would rather be at home and have a better time than at the inn. The front desk didnt even ask why we were leaving early or ask how our stay was. Monday, I called twice and left voicemails for both managers, Chris and I cant remember the other ones name. I called again tuesday, but I never got a response. I'm extremely disappointed and will probably never return. That was a total waste of money and we sacrificed a lot during the year to be able to save up.

    Celebratory dinner at Crestwood

To be disappointed is an understatement. What is worst we waisted a 250$ gifted bottle of wine with our meal. The food was below standard more like nursing home and cold. No taste and nothing like the ratings had led us to believe it would be. When approaching the wonderful waitress she said she would have to ask the chef. Not sure when this became a job requirement for a chef. Where is the manager? I have contacted the facility 4 times since October 18th. and no response as of date. Forget the 36$ or so per plate but what is more disturbing is no manager and waisted our wonderful gift someone had given us. They still charged the corkage fee and all. Disgrace especially when trying to support a place under a pandemic. BEWARE If i could give a zero star I would!

    We Left After One Night

My husband and I have stayed here several times over the past five years...This time is the last as it has gone WAY down hill! It was our anniversary so my husband called in our reservation, arranging for a bottle of bubbly and chocolate covered strawberries. He asked about making a reservation for dinner and was told he needed to speak with The Table (the lovely restaurant on site). He called them, leaving a voicemail. He called twice more, and I did as well...We left voicemails but never heard back. Imagine our disappointment when we checked in and found out that the restaurant and bar were closed BOTH NIGHTS of our stay for weddings. We were not told this until we checked in :-(. There are limited restaurants close by, so this meant a drive late at night on windy mountain roads. When we got to our room, I found the floor sticky and dirty. I kept my shoes on whenever I left the bed or shower. I wanted to make a Keurig cup of coffee and found only decaf in the room. I went to the front desk and was told, "We don't have any caffeinated K-Cups. They're on backorder". Is there seriously not an employee who could make a quick run to Costco to buy some more K-Cups?!? Not what we would expect from the Crestwood at all. We ended up checking out the next morning and went home early. It was that disappointing!!!

    WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Extremely disappointed for the $239 price tag of this place. Celebrating our anniversary and decided we would just have dinner at the hotel rather than driving down the VERY curvy road at night, only to find out that the restaurant had closed before 7:00pm?? What place opens at 5 and closes before 7?? We were NOT notified of this at check-in. The toiletries were WORSE than what you might get at a Motel 6!!! I've never seen soap or tissues so small before - soap was smaller than a Ghiradelli chocolate square and tissues were 1/2 size. The shower had been nicely remodeled, but did not have any kind of shelf or place to put the miniscule soap or shampoo while showering. Towels were small and rough. Tiny details could make this place go from a "1" to a "5" rating. Improving your communication AND some attention to amenities could really upgrade this place. The property has some lovely outdoor areas, and could really be a nice destination - PAY ATTENTION to the details, please! Also lack of security - side door that leads to rooms was totally open to anyone - no key required for access! Will NEVER return - such a waste of our money.
