  No. Just no.

  If i could give this place zero stars I would. First of all you walk in to the smell of mold in the lobby. Charming. The hotel is super dated and old. Rooms are kinda gross. Black marks all over the white walls, old cheap springy mattresses, wifi DOES NOT WORK in the room, but if you stand by the door it does. Shall I go on? All the other people staying in all the rooms next to mine are smoking with their doors open, despite their room being marked as Non-smoking. No. Just no. Unless youre a good rat with no coins and live in squalor, this place may be just thing for you.

  Nice Place, Good for the price nad value

  Stay for a night with my GF, the room are clean. Bed sheet are clean despite it might be old. This is an old hotel that was quite good during their era. Room are big with the view of an old pool that might olde enough as my mother age, However its pretty cozy and i'm pretty satisfied here.

  Nice weekend at Jayakarta Hotel Jakarta

  Great ambiance and live music at Teras Marbella. Good food. Thank you pak didin for the hospitality and assistance. The area is clean also. Sop buntut Jayakarta Juaraaaa rasa nya. Will be back soon of course :)

  Not that great

  This is my third experience staying in Jayakarta, and I find many problems during this stay. Sure the hotel offers lower-than-average price compared to other 4-star hotel. I think the 4-star not really suit the hotel, more like 3+. Arriving using car, you will park your car in a shady basement. The access from parking area to the lobby is not really comfortable, as the only way to do it is by using stairs (which is not well maintained, chipped and dirty tiles). Imagine to drag your luggage and meet two stairs just to reach the lobby. Check-in process was OK, but they cannot give the double bed I want, so I was given twin bed room with promise that the bed can be put together as one bed. I arrived at the room seeing my bed still separated, so I call the housekeeping, just to know that they can't put the beds together. The bed is not that comfy, feels like cheap spring bed that swing every time I moves. The shower has a lukewarm temperature water all the time which really annoy when you take showers at late night or at the morning. No safe deposit box available in the room, and no hanger available when I check the closet, even I have to ask it by myself to the housekeeper whom working on the next door. My room has pool view and it's not the best view, as the water colour was murky green. At a time, their parking ticket machine was broken and cars can go inside-out without proper security. Also I found that no health protocol in-place (as minimum as temperature checking) during this pandemic situation. The hotel have six elevators, yet only one was at service. It is a very old elevator even the outside floor or direction indicator not working at all. I always need some time just for waiting the elevator to go down or up. So, that's my complaint list which conclude I won't choose this hotel in the near future. Value for money is not that great.
