  Friendly and hospitable.

  I would like to state that I was impressed with your staff's hospitality and overall service experience. I would like to mention Susan at front desk that was very accommodating to my request as well and looked into my stay here being a pleasent one.

  Clean & Comfortable

  Price was S$85 + RM10 tourism fee which was collected at reception upon checkin. Decent price for Chinese New Year 2nd day weekend. Location was quite close to BP Mall, but can range from 5min to 20min drive depending on the traffic. Open air parking available. Staff is very friendly. Room & bath was clean, but the bathtub had some cracks around the drainage and was cracked off, leaving some jagged sharp edges. Aircon was nice and cold, bed was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was better than expected.

  Disappointed

  1. All staff very helpfully, very soft spoken and good attitude... 5/5 stars 2. i have a request Room decoration... very superb as i request and beautiful.. 5/5 stars ( tq lisa to attend me) 3.breakfast very nice except nasi lemak, but i very like sandwich, roti jala and drink also.. 4/5 stars 4.room clean, good smell and cold aircond.. 4/5 stars 5.im very dispointed when i arrive no electric around 3 hours...so hot!! no stars for this.. 6.toilet i dont like.. no stars for toilet... 7. iron room so hot no aircond or fan!!! smelly!! no stars for this!!!

  Poor Reception and Old Facilities & False Emergency alarm

  This is my 1st stay at Katerina hotel. We had a bad experiences stay at this hotel. We do a 1st reception check in around 12.30 om, but spend a lot if time for 2nd check in during request room key and deposit. (We are suprise the receptionist tell us the previous staff taken wrong info ) The room facilities - air-condition not work well / hot shower facility was not work functioning well / leg feel ithcy after slept in the mattress. The mst terrible was during night having false emergency alarm more than 10 minutes and no info been providing. Breakfast less choices, and not attracting at all. Totally dissapointed with all the situation facing at this hotel.

  Disappointed!

  Beautiful hotel no doubt but i was very disappointed. Only when we checked in we were informed that restaurant was closed, lounge was closed, pool was closed (expected). So we were only paying for the room with no facilities. TV went out for the whole night. Expensive stay.
