  Very good hotel for a very reasonable price

  The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is very comfy. The breakfast has good food selection. The staffs in this hotel are the game changer. Theyre very courteous, especially those in front desk, concierge, and breakfast restaurant. Thanks to Joise at the breakfast restaurant who gave us reccommendation on places to visit. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Haikou

  Great view from top

  This is my first hotel on this city, Haikou. This hotel looks so great, look so luxury. And well this hotel is so great like that i expected, and you can see great view from the top of this hotel or from your room. Feel enjoy the city from this hotel.

  Long term resident - best hotel in Haikou

  I stayed here for business for over 2 years. Perfect location, excellent staff and great views of the city. The food is also very good and the rooms are spacious. Request a room overlooking the bridge if you can. Only complaint is the internet speed - something to be aware of for business travelers.

  Experience at Langham

  Visited the Langham Haikou after a long trip. The first experience upon stepping into the hotel was that it was a quiet and exclusive hotel. Very posh and luxurious. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Our stay at the hotel was made even better when we met a very wonderful service staff at the executive lounge named Coco. Her attention to detail and promptness in delivering excellent customer service has made our stay at Langham Haikou a very memorable one!

  Great hotel and location

  The Langham hotel is a great hotel to stay in terms of value, location and service. Rooms are clean and classy. The reception is located on level 43 and deposit per room is CNY1,000. We had some issues with checking in as "Booking.com" didn't inform the correct room type to the hotel and we were not given the 2 x double bed which we had paid for. Hence the Langham hotel staff (Lily) was very helpful and provided us with 1 King bed and a fold away bed. The hotel's buffet breakfast is really good value with the selection of fresh juice, coffee, tea, Asian and Western food. Breakfast is CNY100 for adult if you inform the reception a day before else it's CNY198 on the day. Cost for child is around CNY96. There are many local shopping and food within walking distance (under 10 mins walk) near the hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel if we visit again.
