  Gorgeous location & room

  Lovely grounds and lots included as a guest there. We were able to use the pool and gym (booking required on arrival) and the area was lovely to walk around too. Bedroom a good size and comfy, lovely products to use in the bathroom which is always a nice touch, nice open shower too! Reception staff friendly and happy to help. Would go back.

  Average We stayed for stop over whilst travelling north. THE POSITIVES... Andrew on reception gave us a great welcome he was very professional and most informative. Marco in the restaurant, once again very professional, friendly, great customer service and the food was good, We had booked a superior room which was a good size with tea, coffee making facilities, Elemis toiletries, robes but no slippers or safe in the room THE NEGATIVES... There seemed to be a lot of groups staying on golfing weekends so lots of late night drinking which meant we were woken up three times during during the night with people returning to their rooms awfully loud. Very little mask wearing within the hotel which considering its location and the amount of people that were using the hotel this surprised us. Bedroom itself was clean shower room couldve been cleaner. Won't be returning!

  Freezing rooms and insufficient heating

  Arrived here at 5pm in October. There is no heating facility in the room until the key card is placed in the room. No radiators, nothing. We have now been here for 45 minutes and the room is freeeeezing. We are going to try and get our money back. It's disgusting and reception we're trying to argue that this is normal. However other reviews mention how cold the rooms are, so this is blatantly a problem. There is no reason why you should have to pay for a hotel room and shiver under the covers in broad daylight. Absolutely disgusting. This hotel have a lot to answer for. I have never stayed anywhere so bad or been treated so poorly.

  Excellent

  Excellent hotel. Reception and bar staff very good. Friendly and efficient. Covid 19 restrictions in place. Everyone was wearing masks - staff and guests included. Rooms as expected. Heating worked perfectly!! Comfortable beds. Clean as it should be with Elemis products in the bathroom. Free huge car park. Great location for Stratford Upon Avon and Leamington Spa. Would stay again. Thank you. It was lovely to get away! They have a 20m pool and gym etc but we didnt use. Would recommend this hotel.

  Nice hotel. Well appointed and clean

  Very comfortable hotel; nice swimming pool area. Helpful staff also. Warm and spacious rooms, with modern bathroom facilities etc. Even with the large car park and golf course etc, it wasnt noisy at all Would stay again for sure
