  Just a wonderful Place to stay

  Incredible Place to stay, you have everything close and I had to work and could relax in the best way possible.... Rooms are very nice, Service is exellent and the Prices are the best i ever had during an Exhibition in Milan, Thank you to the Thea Team

  Comfortable villa to stay

  Tiny, comfortable, pleasant place to stay in Monza. Perfect location (next to the Villa Reale, Parco di Monza and not too far from the city center). Friendly staff. Nice rooms and interior. Most of the time is a quiet place to be.

  Recently remodeled 19th C villa near the Royal Villa.

  My wife and I stayed 2 nights with a prepaid reservation. Arriving by rental car from Lugano at 2PM check in, we stopped at the street entrance and pressed the intercom. The double gate opened and the hotel clerk pointed to the open garage. I parked, took the bags inside, our key was presented, and we took the small elevator up to the 1st floor. Our large room had a comfortable queen with 1 nightstand, table with chair, large separate closet, refer, large TV(CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN and other English channels), and fully outfitted bathroom with large glassed shower. In addition to good secure WiFi, french doors opened to an eastern balcony, and a huge double insulated window brightened the space from the north. Located behind another mansion, this hotel is sheltered from the busy main street, assuring a quiet night's sleep. With a nice 7AM breakfast, this near luxury hotel offers good value and access to Monza sites.

  Nice B&B but not luxury

  Thea is a nice B&B, but It's a normal B&B not luxury... From a luxury room I expect the water in the shower to run easily, I expect the blinders from the window to close not to brake down when I touch it (when we tried to close it the lock literally fell in the street), the light next to the bed is not working because the plug in the wall is not connected. And I don't know where the pictures were taken but there's no view of the park and the villa but just another building on front. As I said it's a really nice B&B, but if I'm expecting luxury (as advertised in the name) I will check the details and in this case is not luxury. ..

  Noisy

  Do not go without your earplugs! Big road next to the door and single window. Wake up at 6am due to noise. Poor breakfast. Small bathroom. Even if it is very next to Monza park, I will not come again.
