  Excelente hotel barato a pie de playa.

  Buen hotel. Habitacion excelente (Deluxe). 700bat/día Enfrente de la playa de Patong. Como nota negativa son las pocas escaleras que hay. Televison española.Baño grande, y gran balcón frente a la playa. Recomendable.

  Horrible!! HORRIBLE!!

  The Photos is not real! The worst room they had to stay! And the staff is horrible. the receptionist yelled at us. They have agreed to partially return the money I do not recommend although the location is good.

  Dont ever go here your wasting your money and time ..

  Omg this place could have made me cry if we had stayed any longer...it smells disgusting.. the rooms were dodgy as .. the bathrooms were very basic with 3rd world options.. and I didnt feel like we were guna be able to sleep on their broken hard and uncomfortable beds Pictures are different to the real life thing .. and the entrance is through Subway store .. One horror story to add to our holiday

  Very good stay!

  Im honestly not so sure why people have complained about this hotel. When reading the reviews on booking.com, I asked to cancel this place but was unable to as non-refundable. Im glad I didnt!! Staff: Reviews mention a woman at reception who is rude. I believe this to be the woman who does the morning/early afternoon shift. We never spoke, and didnt exchange a smile or hello, however she wasnt rude. Maybe because we didnt speak to her, Im not sure. The woman who worked the late afternoon/evening shift was really friendly. Always smiled, always spoke to us and had a little laugh with the girls who worked at Subway. It felt like a nice warm welcome. Cleaning staff also friendly! Location: Excellent location. Can see Patong Beach from the room windows and its a stones throw away! Very close to Soi Bangla with all nightclubs and bars. Also very close to all restaurants and markets. Room: Again, not sure why people complained. Room was very spacious with a large wardrobe, TV, Kettle, Cups, Glasses, Tea, Coffee, Milk and Sugar and also a fridge. These are replaced when you put the clean room sign outside the door. Bed was very comfy. My mate and I shared a double bed and it was very big. All sheets and pillows were clean. Good air-con too. Bathroom: Bathroom needs updating, however all worked and was relatively clean. No troubles. But please note the standard rooms dont have a separate shower. Its like a wet room, which wasnt an issue for us. For those who complain about the stairs, if you dont want to walk up a couple flights of stairs, then dont book this place. If youd much rather get a lift up 2/3 flights, then there are more expensive options elsewhere. Note: wouldnt recommend for those in wheelchairs or babies in pushchairs as understandably can be difficult. Overall this hotel was worth the money spent, friendly staff, clean, friendly environment, excellent location and would definitely go back. Luke | UK.

  The staff were friendly but...

  The rest of the hotel was in poor condition, the bathroom looked like a scene from a crackhouse, sharp edges from cracked tiles around the shower drain, and mouldy walls no shower curtain so the whole bathroom got wet after a shower. The bed was horrible as we could feel each spring poking us. we asked if they had another matrass or blanket to get a barrier from the springs but there was apparently nothing they could do. the sheets and towels had stains and asking for an ekstra towel was not possible there was no safe in the room either. The upside is having the beach right across the street, and bangla road was a 5 minute walk up the street, and the australian steakhouse next to the hotel had amazing food.
