  Best hotel in the county!

  I cannot believe this hotel is a few years old...still looks brand new and is very, very well kept. Friendly, courteous and helpful front desk. Awesome pantry. Porch are is roomy and beautiful. Bar is well stocked with excellent bartender. This is the hotel we will frequent whenever in town, no doubt. Great location. Still has much room around it for development, too. Quite impressive, and easily the best stay in Richland County, Ohio.

  Clean and in a good location

  This hotel appear brand new even though it is not. Clean as a whistle, located near several restaurants and the interstate. Friendly staff. Quiet with no noise in the room. Breakfast had several hot and cold selections.

  Nice But Pricey

  Hotel is relatively new. Nice kitchen area with enough supplies to cook meals if you don't want to eat at the many nearby restaurants. Nearby grocery stores too. Beds are comfy and rooms are quiet. Hotel is located down a road away from traffic with nice view of a field. Beautiful outdoor patio with plenty of seating, grills and fireplaces. Free breakfast and pets are welcome. Dining room light hangs low and I hit my head on it several times. Sink area is large, but no door. Tub and toilet area have door but it's a tiny space, if you're on the toilet your knees will be hit if the door opens. Shower doesn't get scalding hot and isn't a strong stream either. It's a bit pricey too. Cost over $200 one night and over $100 the second night and that was with discount. Friendly staff and a small bar on premises

  No heat or hot water

  My family and I stayed at this hotel and had no hot water or heat. The managers Corey Simmons and Jennifer Goodwin were aware and did nothing to accommodate. They even had maintenance working on the issues so they were well aware, but chose to ignore the guest complaints.

  2 night stay

  Decided to stay here as a close to home little getaway and it was a good hotel choice. Very close to many restaurants as well as everything Mansfield has to offer in shops and things to do. The workers were kind, room was comfortable and clean, and there was plenty of parking close to the entrance. We did not partake in any of the amenities, so can not speak to them. We will choose this location again if wanting a mini getaway in the future.
