  Noche tranquila y con gran servicio

  Reservamos este hotel para dormir una noche del fin de semana. No nos arrepentimos porque aunque esta a las afueras de Derby, frente al estadio y junto a un centro comercial, es un sitio tranquilo y con restaurantes al rededor para comer, cenar o tomar una copa. La habitación de gran tamaño y limpia. La atención del personal excelente. El parking solo 3£.

  Excelente atención

  Cecilia, Tracy & Emily ofrecen una excelente atención al cliente, estuvieron pendientes en todo momento de nuestra estadia, nos dieron asistencia para transporte, alimentación hasta orientacion para llegar a nuestro destino , recomendadisimo!!!

  Bonito hotel y Excelente atención

  Visité Inglaterra durante 4 dias y me hospede en este hotel. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y comodas, muy buen desayuno y la atención de todo el personal es excelente sobre todo de Cecilia y Tracy que se esforzaron por dar un buen servicio, muy amables y fueron de mucha ayuda. Puedo recomendar mucho este hotel para los que viajan a esta zona del pais.

  Regular work stay

  I can't fault this place as staff are excellent. I am working close by and doing lots of hours. As solo traveller this place is great and exactly what I need:Clean especially in these horrific times, comfortable bed,kettle,shower and staff are helpful,friendly and efficient check in or check out.   Amazing Staff, Great Location, Clean Hotel

  In the pre-covid world I lived in this hotel for over a year Monday to Friday and have now returned to stay here a few days a week for business. This hotel is perfectly located for all of my needs. There are many local shops and takeaways nearby and the hotel is located a few hundred metres from Pride Park football stadium. The hotel has direct access to the River Derwent for walking / running and cycling and you can happily create a 20 mile+ loop from the hotel. Derby city centre is a 20-minute walk away / 5 minutes in the car or taxi. The hotel has an inhouse bar and restaurant, that sells well priced food / drinks and alcohol and has Wi-Fi connection throughout the building. It also has conference room facilities that I used in the past which are very reasonably priced. The hotel rooms are very large compared to other hotels in the area (or any other Travelodges I have stayed in around the country actually), TVs are on the small size, but some rooms have large TVs installed. The noise in this hotel is minimal, especially if you have a room overlooking the river Derwent, even on match day! The hotel is clean and tidy throughout. What sets this hotel out from the crowd is the staff here. They are friendly, attentive, and professional. I have had many issues with Travelodge as a business in the past and staff here have listened to these issues and resolved all of these central problems fast and with a smile on their face. I would add not once have I had an issue with this hotel though. Staff always welcome me and others with a smile on their face and are on-hand to help at all hours. The staff here at this hotel are a credit to Travelodge. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to other business or personal travellers its pleasant, great located hotel with amazing staff. (This hotel has has a covid secure check in also, in case you wanted to know!)
